Leading the Business Process Management practice in GPO Operation Team (Global Payment Organisation). Establishing Process Architecture for the GPO Operation. Process mapping and optimisation across both EMEA & LATAM Operations Team. Expansion of project management practice to LATAM teams. Orchestrating the GPO-wide KPIs definition. Implementation of a standard framework for sharing and reporting KPI internally. Recommendation of a process risk framework including risk identification and risk assessment.

Leading strategic projects as a PM and as a part of the implementation team with the responsibility of creating requirements, agreeing on the solution with the Customer/Merchant, coordinating the developing subcontractor, testing or coordinating UAT of implemented solutions and instructions & training for users. Examples below:
•	Design & implementation of Merchant 360 degree view which allowed the use of the valid data of the merchant and to reduce duplicate work in the CDD (Customer Due Diligence) part of Operational Processes
•	Standardize and automate, together with the Settlement team, the Transaction Reconciliation process.
•	Continuation of implementation of the API marketplace solution used by the biggest marketplaces in Poland (next processes Reverification, Cession). Direct hyper care after implantation.

Processes and Performance Manager GPO 

Process mapping and optimization across EMEA Operation Team (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Establishing and implementing project management framework for Operation EMEA Team. Creation of knowledge sharing solution using SharePoint.
Leading strategic projects as a PM and as a part of the implementation team with the responsibility of creating requirements, agreeing on the solution with the Customer/Merchant, coordinating the developing subcontractor, testing implemented solutions and instructions & training for users. Examples below:
•	Implementing the API marketplace solution used by the biggest marketplaces in Poland in Onboarding, Data Update, and Bailiff management processes. Online Seller account & wallet creation. 
•	Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation in the last part of the onboarding process, the set-up of a merchant in the transaction platform. 
•	Implementation of Merchant Request Life Cycle which allowed for stabilising the Customer Support Process, setting metrics and reorganising KPIs. 
•	Implementation of an Incident Management & Problem Management process in the Operation Team. Due to the process, we were able to log and manage the incidents and bugs with a proper OLA.
•	Optimization of Merchant Onboarding process and implementation solution based on AWS which allows auto-decision-making in SalesForce. Online connection with different vendors allows for data from registry pull, UBO sanction and PEP check, document OCR, and Visa & Mastercard checks.
