I didn’t start posting content because I was “trying to build a personal brand.”

Had a great conversation with Will Leatherman and he said it perfectly:

"If B2C’s creator era kicked off in 2014… B2B is right on schedule"

3 ways founders can use curiosity in LinkedIn posts to make their ICPs read till the end...

First, understand that Curiosity is the backbone of writing, that's why:

- You keep clicking "one more" YouTube video even when you're tired.
- You read tweets that start with "I wasn't going to share this but…"
- You open WhatsApp messages the moment you see the typing .

We all have fallen for this 😅 but now the question is: how can we make others fall for our posts?

(#3 is the one almost no founder/LinkedIn creator uses.)

1. Plant curiosity seeds:

- End each paragraph and segment of your post with tiny hooks.
- Ex: "Then came the twist…" "that's why…" (I used in the 2nd line)
- This teases people about what's coming and makes them curious.

2. Tease the payoff early

- Mention the outcome, not the answer.
- Just like I did with "#3 is the one almost no founder/LinkedIn creator uses."
- Now you're curious to scroll to check out the 3rd point.

3. Make your graphic incomplete on purpose

- Show the "after" but hide the "how."
- Ex: Post a screenshot of your DMs flooding in. Blur out what you actually sent them. Caption: "Here's the exact message..."

Bonus: Use curiosity in your rehook to make readers click "see more"

Ex: "I almost quit LinkedIn last week. Then this happened…"

Now they can't skip your post because they need to close the loop you've opened.


Curious graphic → they stopped scrolling
Curious hook → they clicked "see more"
Curiosity seeds → they read line by line
Payoff tease → they scrolled to find it
