3. There is I in team - team is as strong as the weakest link
4. We are all unique little snowflakes - learn from others, differences enrich us
5. There is no perfect solution - listen and iterate like crazy

1. IT doesn't have to be complicated - simplify to drive down costs and up your efficiency
2. Security doesn't have to be hard - nail the basics, and you are halfway there
3. Overtime won't save you - well-managed systems will save you money, and time and are more resilient

My role at Black Nights Film Festival is

Before festival: 
- Communicate between different teams and partners so BNFF would have all the devices for the festival
- Prepare and set-up all the computers, printers, network and also phone devices for volunteers to use. 

While the festival is running:
- Support all the volunteers and employees questions regarding all the IT devices that are in use. 
- Communicate with partners if there should be any errors that we cannot solve by ourselves

After the event:
- Pack and store all the devices that were used at the festival 
- Return devices to our partners or store devices for another year.
