Organized and executed multiple system-wide employee functions for an employee base of nearly 5,600 associates which include an annual service recognition event, blood drives, craft fairs, employee  picnics, etc.

Created new programs or events  aimed at increasing employee engagement and improving employee morale such as free icee days, donation drives, local musicians and artists perform in public areas, spa days for employees, etc.

Employee and Volunteer Functions Coordinator

United Way of Greater Chattanooga

Work with individuals, companies, nonprofits, civic groups, churches, etc to connect volunteer opportunities to volunteers. Manage community wide days of service such as Family Volunteer Day, Day of Caring, MLK Day, Volunteer Recognition Banquet, and many others. 

Chair the Spontaneous Unaffiliated Volunteer Committee which works to create a plan to manage volunteers in Hamilton County in the event of another disaster such as a tornado, flood or other natural catastrophe. 

Recording Secretary for the Corporate Volunteer Council (CVC). Work to coordinate and communicate meetings for individuals who are in charge of managing their corporate community engagement. 

Membership Secretary for Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA). Maintain membership records and communications for volunteer coordinators in area nonprofits.
