Focus on AML, Card Disputes, Card Fraud as primary areas of interest, Maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and developing performance metrics.

Monitor vendor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular meetings for improvement.

* Capital Reduction and Unit Throughput Maximisation: identified bottlenecks and streamlined the return process to decrease RMA capital and maximise unit throughput.
