Lead and contribute to different types of process & quality development projects defined in the OKR process (projects such as layout planning, workstation standardization, process flow improvements…)

Lead & track project’s changes, KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of the project
Document the project’s results (e.g. new process, new instructions) and communicate the key findings and proposals to management & other stakeholders

Senior Quality Control Specialist

As Quality control specialist I contribute to the quality development and quality management of Swappie operations through quality checks of operational processes. I provide actively feedback to our coaches regarding the quality of specific teams, assigning re-works and I consistently ensure achievement of required standards, quality and KPIs over long periods. Additionally I perform quality checks using production tools and input quality data to provide stats for analysis. I’m actively collaborating and contributing the individual, team and department level targets and I’m assuring the core values “highest standards” and “customer focus” in all activities are achieved and conduct auditing at our department. Our team is leading our operational department towards LEAN management and seeking ways, how to improve our quality and efficiency.

As senior production specialist I worked as senior member in our team and helped the other production specialist with their issues.

I’m currently working at one of the fastest growing startups in Finland as production specialist. After a couple of months of working at Swappie, I became a member of a special rotating team, which is a team of experts that offer their help in several departments, wherever needed. In a short time, I learnt to master our operational processes. At work I’m known for my efficiency and great problem-solving skills. I have experience for example from our diagnostics, repair, warranty and inbound departments.

During 7 years I had my own business of marble and granite products, where I worked as a CEO of the company. During that time, I used to wear many different hats and solve challenges of the clients & suppliers on a daily basis. When working in my own company I learnt a lot about sales, customer care and business development and I worked with many different stakeholders (suppliers, clients, stone installers, logistics, etc.) as a team, which is why I think my communication skills are nowadays one of my strength. We also did international sales within Europe to a couple of European countries (for example to Finland).
