👋 Hi, I’m a founder and builder of things.
My superpowers: business operations, strategy, and leadership.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve built cross-border teams of 50+ people and launched multiple ventures from scratch, and helped tons of operators.

I also failed tons and lost a bunch of money. 
Rebounded. 
Restarted. 

One thing I’ve come to understand about myself:
I’m really good at the “next customer” and “initial traction” stages.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking sector both on the B2C and B2B sides, I have decided to concentrate on our family business !

We at Arcenciel Oy strive to have excellent early childcare education services in one of the best educational countries in the world : in Finland ! 

I have been working for our family business Arcenciel Oy since its foundation in 2015 and am currently working as the Chief Operating Officer. Arcenciel Oy has two French daycares in Espoo and in Helsinki here in Finland and we strive to have excellent childcare education services.

My position consists of:
- Budgeting and analyzing our finances and operations
- Making sure our operations run smoothly
- Onboarding new clients and employees
- Working closely with our daycare managers and other external stakeholders
- All HR related duties
- Document translation

I’m truly a “CAN DO” person, with an analytical mind, who is always eager to learn new things and take new approaches to develop and improve our ways of doing. I’m the one who can always be counted on to make things work, and I believe my colleagues would describe me as a straight-forward, responsible, precise and a highly motivated doer.

I have a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, and am currently studying in the same university for my MBA.
