Established policies, procedures, incident response, and crafted a 3-year strategic roadmap to maximize ROI. •	Resolved complex problems by reworking the entire network infrastructure that reduced downtime by 80% and lowered core connectivity costs by 70%.

•	Stood up the information cyber security group and the internal IT team, onboarded 12 employees per week and ensured equipment and infrastructure was in place to support the company’s rapid growth.
