I spent 25+ years in corporate leadership roles, masking, suffering in toxic environments, knowing the work I was doing didn’t always align with my values and goals. 

I’ve struggled: With communication. With feeling like I had to dumb myself down or shut off my feelings to keep my job. With a mind that often leaps ahead and makes connections others aren’t seeing.

Leaving corporate to help others lead authentically and confidently was the best (and one of the hardest) moves I’ve made.
