•	Developed robust time-frequency (TF) analysis techniques for parameter estimation of non-stationary signals, with the focus on nonlinear FM signals in the presence of missing data samples, in the application in radar signal processing. 
•	Developed compressive sensing-based signal processing methods for sparse signals, which provides robust parameter estimation with reduced computational complexity. 
•	Designed signal adaptive TF kernels-based algorithms for cross-terms and noise suppression.
•	Developed algorithms for high-resolution improved estimation of Doppler frequencies to enable improved target parameter estimation using TF and other estimation techniques in over-the-horizon radar (OTHR)
•	Investigated utilization of machine learning and deep learning techniques, in the conjunction with TF methods, for improved parameter estimation in autonomous driving.
•	Generated various simulation results and conducted literature survey for two grant proposals.
