Just hit 300+ book sales in 3 weeks! 

The craziest part?

We haven’t spent a dollar on ads.

It has been almost ALL through Facebook.

Since that’s where our target market is, that’s where we’ve pushed.

And we did 3 key things:

• Post often on each of our personal profiles
• Post often in our niche Facebook group
• Have others post to enter a giveaway

Very simple! 

However, we’re not finished yet.

We want to get this book in the hands of more owners and (selfishly) hit #1 best seller on Amazon.

So we’re going to run Facebook Ads soon.

Keep in mind, there’s only about 40,000 pest control companies, so we’ve already hit 1% of the market lol.

Just watched Ken Moskowitz give a MASTERCLASS on AI for branding. 

And wow, I’m totally blown away. 

Here’s my key takeaway:

AI video generation is officially here. 

You no longer need to spend $100k on a commercial. 

You can simply use a few tools. 

But I found the way he did SUPER interesting. 

First, he made sure the LLM (Claude in this scenario) understood the brand we were advertising for.

He choose a volunteer from the audience and had it scan his website to understand who they are. 

Then, he asked it for share ideas for a commercial.

Here’s where things get crazy.

He went into Whisk AI and generated a hyper realistic image of each of the characters in the commercial.

Funny enough, each of them were cockroaches.

After generating the images, he continued to refine them until they were exactly how he wanted them.

(Experience of doing 10 superbowl commercials helps). 

From there, he made sure to do 2 things:

Generate the first and last frame for the commercial, also using Whisk AI. 

And finally, he put those images into Google Veo, along with the final video prompt given by Claude.

The result? 

A nearly usable pest control commercial. 

In just 45 minutes or so. 

And I’m sure if he had an additional hour, he’d have a professional grade commercial that works fantastic.

Can’t wait to try this for my clients! 

What an incredible presentation by a very talented person.

If you’re making good content, why not repurpose it?

This is especially the case for short form. 

Short form video can go on:

• TikTok
• Twitter 
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Snapchat

But I get it, that can sound overwhelming.

So just expand one at a time.

Even if you get 10% of the reach and less of your target market is there, it is still worth the extra minute.

Just hit 5,000 hours of watch time on my podcast! 

Not bad for starting 1.5 years ago. 

Here’s my best advice:

Pick an upload schedule and stick to it. 

That could be weekly, monthly, whatever you’d like.

Just do NOT make it random.

People like to know when to expect something.

It builds a fanbase of loyal viewers.

And then stay consistent.

That is MUCH easier said than done. 

I try my best and have still missed the past 2 weeks.

Things come up, life happens.

But I’ve still managed to crank out 65+ shows.

That’s more than most people can say. 

And when you pick your schedule and stick to it, you naturally improve every single episode.

Looking back, my old podcasts SUCKED.

Bad introduction, bad thumbnail, bad everything. 

But like anything, it’s all about reps.

I don’t care how many books you’ve read on podcasting (or anything for thay matter). 

You just need to show up, and do it consistently. 

Those 2 will get you ahead of 95%.
