I’m a life long learner and firmly believe there is a strong relationship between spirituality and leadership that is rarely discussed. I meditate and journal most days, love walking in nature and believe that business and leadership is about Inspiration, Co-Creation and Empowerment.

Yesterday I stepped into a huge group breathwork session. No business cards, no PowerPoints, no noise. Just people, breathing together.

Funny how quickly things change when we drop the “busy” act and actually show up:

Most business owners treat November like a warm-down.

Leaders use it as a runway (and do these 6 things...)

Because 2026 won’t belong to the woman who posts more in January…

It belongs to the woman who designs demand now, and walks into the new year already in motion.

Here’s 6 things that most are missing (and what we’ll fix):

1) No runway, just a drop.

They announce an offer and hope it lands.

But desire is built in layers: tease → proof → perspective shift → invitation.

Your audience should feel the sale coming and be excited for it.

2) Offers with no narrative.

Random launches confuse buyers.

Architect a story arc across Nov–Dec so each offer ladders to the next (awareness → activation → ascension). 

Momentum compounds, you'll cash in a lot quicker when you have a strong narrative that your audience can buy into. 

One that shows them the value of being in your world clearly. 

3) Content that informs but doesn’t ignite.

Education ≠ demand.

Sequence your proof (wins, case studies, “before/after beliefs”) to create inevitability. 

Make people recognise themselves and self-select in.

This is how sales come to you, by design. 

4) Urgency that relies on discounts.

Price-cut urgency attracts hesitators.

Use contextual urgency (limited mentorship access, cohort start dates, bonus windows, integration calls). 

Buyers move for genuine timing, proximity, and transformation. You can design these windows to suit you, and create an influx of sales at certain time periods. 

5) Launching from pressure, not precision.

“More posts” is not a plan.

Cadence creates familiarity → familiarity creates conversion.

Set a weekly rhythm:

Mon: perspective shift (why now)
Wed: proof stack (wins, screenshots, receipts)
Fri: invitation (offer clarity, DM CTA)
Sun: recap + next step

6) No 2026 bridge.

Bake your next layer into this season: a waitlist, ascension bonus, or private invite that seeds January/February.

People should know exactly where they go after they buy.

7 reasons I will NEVER buy from you because of your content 👀👇🏼

I wasn't going to post this... because it's kinda harsh.

But after helping hundreds of women turn their content into high-ticket sales, I think this might help someone.

And I've realised that direct feedback is better for your pipeline, than fluffing up your ego 👀

So, with love and brutal honesty, here are the reasons I scroll on by ⤵️

1. You post your story alongside generic inspirational fluff that like “don’t be afraid to fail” or "keep going". 
 
I'm sure you've got actual thought leadership from all of your experience, but this is not being articulated.

2. Your post reads like a how-to guide I've seen 3,498 times. 

I see zero difference between your “methods” and anyone else’s. 
 
It’s probably because you have been focused on trying to create as much content as you can, rather than going deeper into your expertise and the supply gap of content that doesn’t exist yet.
 
(Supply gap = nobody is posting it yet therefore YOU become the pioneer, the leader!) 

3. You’re being “valuable,” but you’re not being vulnerable.
 
You share wins but you give 0 backstory of what it’s actually like and the challenges you have ACTUALLY had to overcome. 

4. The opposite… you’re being vulnerable but your content isn’t valuable 
 
I love that you are opening up, but we need to see your expertise shining through. 
 
When you tell us over and over how your life fell apart, we feel sorry for you and do not want to buy from you. 
 
5. You talk a lot about making friends and building a community 
 
 Is is nice, but I’m not here to make friends. Therefore I will not buy from you. 
 
The best thing to think is are you actually adding value to people?
 
 I always focus on adding value with the things I’ve learnt that work, and most people don’t do it. That is why my content sells. 
 
6. You sound like a marketer, not a woman with something to say.
 
Congrats, you learnt how to write a hook! 
 
That is a very valuable and lucrative skill most don’t have. 
 
You now need to DELIVER on the hook. 

7. You’re chasing engagement instead of desire.
 
You comment on the same people’s posts. They comment on yours la la la. 
 
Again, that’s nice but it’s not building up a client base now is it?
 
When you focus on your expertise, and communicating that in ways that make people desire (aka WANT) what you’re selling… then you will sell more ;) 
 
Here’s the truth: 

People don’t buy from the person who posts the most. 

They buy from the person who makes them feel something.

3 weeks ago I set a crazy goal to hit $500k in my company in 2 weeks. 

...by the way. 

We did it. 

A goal with a timeline are very powerful. 

But most people end up hurting themselves with it: 

"What if I don't hit it" 
"What if I fail" 

Etc...

I did something different. 

I said: 

"Let's go crazy" 

And then, I went crazy:

In 2021, I did what most people dream about, packed up my London flat, bought a one-way ticket to Ibiza, flew to... freedom.

And in many ways, it was freedom. 

- I built a retreat business that sold out within months.
