In addition to our own M&amp;A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.

I am part of a team that supports people to travel, to solve problems, develop trust and learn to communicate and work effectively for a goal, while helping them push their boundaries of what is possible. 

I am fully committed to my own continual professional development, regularly undertaking additional training courses to enhance my work. I am a member of the British Mountaineering Council, Mountain Training England and British Canoe Union.
