With over 20 years experience in the healthcare sector I have a global focus and vision of improving health and wellbeing worldwide and am the Founder of Balmoral Partners and TDH. TDH began in 2006 and has evolved over the years into its current portfolio form, acquiring eighteen other businesses along the way. 

Our six main verticals are Alphagenix, Normedica, GT Vision, Beacon, JHP Recruitment and Safety Mundo.

Alphagenix is our Men’s Hormonal Healthcare company and aims to improve access to appropriate hormone replacement therapy whilst educating society about the Andropause. Normedica offer Medical Supplies and Pharmaceuticals worldwide whilst GT Vision supplies Microscopy, Beacon Homecare Services currently provide Domiciliary Care in the North of England, Safety Mundo provides world class Health & Safety Services and JHP Recruitment speaks for itself.

I’m a life long learner and firmly believe there is a strong relationship between spirituality and leadership that is rarely discussed. I meditate and journal most days, love walking in nature and believe that business and leadership is about Inspiration, Co-Creation and Empowerment. 

I published my first book, ‘The Business of Health’ in 2019 and second in 2023, ‘Ageing and the Andropause, Reclaim your youth with Testosterone Replacement Therapy’. A third will likely focus on listening to your intuition and business growth. 

In addition to our own M&A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.

I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.

Yesterday I stepped into a huge group breathwork session. No business cards, no PowerPoints, no noise. Just people, breathing together.

Funny how quickly things change when we drop the “busy” act and actually show up:

	•	Bodies softened
	•	Minds quieted
	•	People who walked in carrying the weight of the world… started laughing, crying, releasing, living

We keep trying to think our way out of stress.
Push harder. Grind more. Hustle brighter.

But here’s a truth Zig Ziglar would’ve smiled at:

💡 You can’t outperform a nervous system stuck in panic mode.

And Alan Watts would remind us:

💡 You don’t find stillness by chasing it. You find it when you finally stop running.

In business and life, we all want clarity, energy, smarter decisions, stronger leadership…

Yet most of us are operating on shallow breaths, tight chests, and nervous systems stuck in survival.

Yesterday reminded me:

Success isn’t speed. Success is presence.
And breath is the doorway back to it.

I felt so good I’m heading into a second session this morning.

Not to add another activity to the calendar… but to strip the noise away.
