I’m a global GTM leader turned AI operator. I've spent the last decade helping companies like Meta, the BBC, and early-stage startups scale through brand storytelling, strategic partnerships, and product-led growth.

Today, I’m the Head of GTM & Chief of Staff at Ruli, a legal AI startup I helped build from the ground up. I wear many hats, from shaping the GTM strategy to working directly with customers and engineers to make the product better every week.

Outside of work, I serve on the board of a community foundation and write a weekly AI newsletter called Mama Bear, where I explore the intersection of tech, work, and humanity in plain English.

Manage and lead a senior partnerships team that vets, negotiates, and launches commercial and product partnerships for Google's Smart Home and AI organization. With a global remit, our team focuses on Smart Home / Nest commercial, subscription and platform integration deals that incorporate and license our evolving artificial intelligence platform. Previously we focused on Pixel Mobile and Fitbit (aka Wearables & Health) partnerships, closing and launching first-of-kind Corp Dev and satellite communication deals.  

Manage a team of former finance professionals, consultants, and product managers that supports BD and Product efforts across multiple D&S products with a focus on alternative distribution, differentiation, and cross-product strategies (e.g., working with Google Cloud, YouTube, Android, Corp Dev/M&A). Partners span industries across smart home, security, telecom and satellite mobile connectivity & NTN, retail, health and fitness, sports & brand partnerships, and finance.

3. Work with Product, Eng, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop Google One's product strategy and go-to-marketing plan.

I was an associate in the Intellectual Property Transactions Group and Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Shearman & Sterling.  My practice involved representing clients on a range of intellectual property, technology and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and/or divestitures of corporations and on various joint venture and licensing structures.  I regularly drafted and negotiated agreements that focused on the development, transfer, procurement, commercialization and licensing of intellectual property and technology, and I was regularly involved in the intellectual property due diligence aspects of corporate transactions.
