I’m a global GTM leader turned AI operator. I've spent the last decade helping companies like Meta, the BBC, and early-stage startups scale through brand storytelling, strategic partnerships, and product-led growth.

Today, I’m the Head of GTM & Chief of Staff at Ruli, a legal AI startup I helped build from the ground up. I wear many hats, from shaping the GTM strategy to working directly with customers and engineers to make the product better every week.

Outside of work, I serve on the board of a community foundation and write a weekly AI newsletter called Mama Bear, where I explore the intersection of tech, work, and humanity in plain English.

➢ Tracking $XX billions of incremental impact from recommendation adoptions across 12 million advertisers to report primary business metrics in annual net revenue attributable to 60+ Ads product and feature launches.
➢ Delivering a new CI/CD SQL ETL pipeline with automation, integration and unit testing, data governance, and high code quality standards to migrate to a scalable, architectured platform that allows for partner contributions across organizations.
➢ Designing new product measurement by evaluating statistical techniques and A/B experiments to imply causal relationships and enhance accuracy and integrity of measurement.
➢ Presenting F1 SQL engine mechanics, diagnostics and optimization tips to 150+ analysts, engineers, and scientists.

Data Engineer, Product Analytics

Google's Sales Analytics and Solutions division enables a sales force of 4,500+ with extensive business intelligence and software productivity tools in a proprietary CRM platform. 

I supported a network of product strategy, operations, and engineering teams with best-in-class business intelligence and analytical consultation. My analytics hub reached 1,300+ MAU and my sales tool communicated to 5,000+ MAU's. I demonstrated SQL mastery in this role to earn a SQL Readability certificate. I also dabbled in some ML projects.

I helped launch, optimize, and bring sales productivity incentives to market for a large sales force of 4,500+. We worked on a data engine crunching 1+ million client accounts daily across 100s of data sources. Our team prioritized work for a Software Engineering group of 12 to help facilitate product priorities in order to drive sales results.

I transitioned finance and accounting functions from a startup to the Salesforce ecosystem, automating a $XXm billing pipeline.
