I’m a global GTM leader turned AI operator. I've spent the last decade helping companies like Meta, the BBC, and early-stage startups scale through brand storytelling, strategic partnerships, and product-led growth.

Today, I’m the Head of GTM & Chief of Staff at Ruli, a legal AI startup I helped build from the ground up. I wear many hats, from shaping the GTM strategy to working directly with customers and engineers to make the product better every week.

Outside of work, I serve on the board of a community foundation and write a weekly AI newsletter called Mama Bear, where I explore the intersection of tech, work, and humanity in plain English.

•	Managed 60 service people total, 15 each day, in a cross functional tax and financial services format to oversee operations and customer success.

•     Two promotions from Entry Level to Assistant to Shift Lead with supervisor duties of 1-3 staff and 8-10 clients for 8-16 days in the field at a time, completely off grid with full responsibility for medical needs, safety, enforcing policies, and implementing clinical programs.
•     Led groups and staff through changing and harsh conditions, high risk activities, conflict, defiant behavior, team building exercises, daily activities, and meeting scheduled deliverables of tight itineraries end to end outdoor trips. 
•     Collaborated cross functionally with clinical team, logistics team, medical coordinators, program staff, and external peer support groups. 
•	Managed constantly changing group dynamics to maintain psychological safety, collaboration, and improved wellness and recovery outcomes for clients.

As a thoughtful, innovative, collaborative, strategic leader and team member, I am always seeking new connections and ways to innovate. This LinkedIn introduction is one that is time tested, qualitative, and ultimately a snapshot into my greatest assets. 

Two of my greatest mentors once said to me individually “you are a synthetic thinker,” and “it is hard for a fish to see the water it is swimming in.” That is how I position myself to strive to honor and yet see beyond culture and into systems. I connect dots that once seemed isolated, and I analyze process and solutions naturally.

As a natural polymath, my hope is to bridge disciplines and perspectives in meaningful ways, translate ideas for diverse audiences, quantify whenever possible, and prioritize lifelong learning as a foundation for curating skills that can be stitched together in each opportunity to collaborate. 

I enjoy driving solutions that account for people and process improvements, designing scalable systems, and driving strategies for thoughtful implementation.
