Kreatin wird völlig falsch eingeordnet – und das betrifft auch dich!

Viele denken bei Kreatin sofort an Muskelaufbau und Krafttraining. 

Dabei zeigen Studien: Kreatin ist ein wichtiger Faktor für unseren Energiestoffwechsel. 

So wirkt Kreatin: 

🧬 In den Zellen: Kreatin unterstützt die Mitochondrien – die „Kraftwerke“ unserer Zellen, die Energie produzieren

🧠 Im Gehirn: Kreatin bildet einen Pufferspeicher für ATP (Adenosintriphosphat). Nervenzellen brauchen konstant Energie - und Kreatin liefert sie zuverlässig.

😴 Erholung und Schlaf: Kreatin kann die nächtliche Regeneration verbessern und entlastet das Gehirn bei Schlafmangel und hoher mentaler Belastung (Stress).

👴 Gesundes Altern: Kreatin kann den altersbedingten Muskelabbau verlangsamen – ein zentraler Hebel für Gesundheit und Longevity.

Aber: Muss Kreatin wirklich supplementiert werden?

Der Körper kann Kreatin aus den Aminosäuren Arginin, Glycin und Methionin selber herstellen. 

Trotzdem zeigen Daten, dass viele Menschen nicht optimal versorgt sind – besonders bei überwiegend pflanzenbasierter Ernährung.

Frauen haben zudem tendenziell niedrigere Kreatinspeicher als Männer. In der Menopause kann sich dieser Unterschied durch den sinkenden Östrogenspiegel weiter verstärken.

Die empfohlene Aufnahme liegt bei 3-5g pro Tag. Und: Qualität ist wichtig! Kreatin von Creapure oder Creavitalis gelten als Goldstandard.
