• To carry out initiatives of relationship with companies of the cruise industry at world level to achieve the opening of new international markets. 
• To lead the commercial strategy for opening the Latin American market. 
• Design and execute loyalty strategies for current customers to achieve cross selling and up selling.

Account Manager

LARM COLOMBIA

Duties:
•	Generate sales and marketing strategies: prospecting, conversion, loyalty, digital marketing, inbound marketing, for the B2B channel in Colombia, Ecuador and Cuba. 
•	Leading sales and marketing team ensuring compliance with KPIs area, generating training, incentive and promotion plans. 
•	Design and execute management indicators such as: lead generation, cross-selling and up-selling, reporting to the General Management. 
•	Design and execute negotiation strategies with network partners for the sale of services at a scalable level, through commercial coaching methodologies and allies monitoring. 

Achievements: 
•	I implemented sales and marketing strategies, generating 120% impact on the annual sales budget for the periods 2019, 2020, 2021. 
•	I implemented the "Natural Persons Division" impacting a new segment of the B2C market, generating new revenues equivalent to 50% versus B2B sales. 
•	I generated the digital lead attraction strategy which increased the customer portfolio by 50%. 
•	I increased the level of allies loyalty by 10%, impacting the sales quota and the positioning of the brand in other regions. And in turn, I managed to increase the portfolio of new partners by 20% for the period 2020-2021.

Marketing & Sales leader para Colombia, Ecuador y Cuba

Duties:
•	Implement the strategy of opening new markets in the Antioquia (Colombia) and Ecuador regions.
•	Support the design of the commercial and marketing area from the generation of procedures and manuals to the attraction of the working team. 
•	Generate the brand positioning strategy through corporate events, market research, Webinnars, digital marketing and brainstorming for the generation of new service ideas. 

Achievements: 
•	I constituted the sales and marketing area of the company which allowed to open new markets, participate in bidding processes, and leverage the company's Integrated Management System.
•	I achieved market opening in Medellín and Ecuador, achieving representative sales of 50% of the annual budget. 
•	I developed the first business opportunity for the B2B channel in Cuba, this being significant for the organization due to the strict economic regime of this country. 
•	I was promoted to the position of Marketing and Sales Manager for having demonstrated an ideal performance in the area of sales and marketing.

•	Generate marketing and sales strategies to involve new customers in the B2C channel in the retail sector. 
•	Expand the database of potential customers through prospecting activities such as product launch events, social media management.

Achievements: 
•	I generated the first marketing strategy for the company which led to the generation of leads, which impacted the annual sales indicator. 
•	I expanded the lead database by 200% for the B2C channel.
•	I increased the company's sales by 80% through the implementation of marketing strategies.

Marketing & Sales coordinator

Duties:
•	Lead Commercial Professionals (practitioners) team ensuring compliance with their monthly objectives that impacted the customer experience and loyalty.
•	Coordinate the scheduling of business agendas between Chilean and Colombian entrepreneurs, guaranteeing the logistics of the mission. 
•	Develop strategies to attract Chilean investors to Colombia. 

Achievements: 
•	I consolidated the Commercial Professionals team that attracted most Chilean investors to Colombia in the period 2013-2014.
•	I managed to increase the portfolio of companies affiliated to the Colombo Chilean Chamber of Commerce by 40%.
•	I managed to improve the customer loyalty indicator, reaching a 10% retention.

Commercial Coordinator

Duties:
•	Schedule and be part of business meetings between Chilean and Colombian investors. 
•	Loyalty to affiliates by encouraging them to use the services offered by the Colombian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
•	Execute the process in the documentation management area. 

Achievements: 
•	I managed to be the Commercial Professional with 0% dropout rate of affiliates for the first half of 2013. 
•	I was appointed as Commercial Coordinator of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chile.
