As part of the Management Consulting team, we lay emphasis on improving operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process automation. Having 2 years of experience in assignments across the e-commerce, retail, equipment rental, design and manufacturing industries, I have also had the privilege of visiting the manufacturing unit of a major engineering company based out of Europe.
