I am an enthusiastic Freelance Digital Marketer with a solid background in the industry since 2015. In September 2020, I successfully completed my MSc in Marketing from the esteemed University of Bath in the United Kingdom. Additionally, I hold a Mass Media Graduate degree in Advertising from the University of Mumbai.

In my part-time role as an associate at Ujwal International Center, I worked alongside foreign education consultants who specialise in guiding students through the process of studying abroad. Ujwal International Center offers comprehensive services, including assisting students in selecting suitable universities based on their fields of study, completing university application forms, and navigating the visa application process.

At Ujwal International Center, the primary focus is on understanding students' academic interests, career goals, and personal preferences to help them make informed decisions about choosing the right university. As a Moderator, I had the role of managing membership, reviewing posts, and removing/blocking members for the safety of the online community. I also played a crucial role in fostering the growth of the group by initiating new ideas to keep it active.

One of my key responsibilities was to provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs to showcase their products on the community group. I actively encouraged their participation and supported their endeavors.

As a marketing intern at IRMIX Radio, I actively participated in various marketing initiatives. Despite limitations on traditional marketing activities, we swiftly adapted to the digital landscape. I collaborated on creating and executing online marketing strategies, utilizing social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to reach our target audience effectively.

Throughout the internship, I conducted market research, analyzing consumer trends and identifying growth opportunities for the radio station. Staying updated on industry developments and monitoring competitors' activities, I provided valuable insights that guided our marketing decisions, positioning IRMIX Radio as a distinctive brand.

While the Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted the nature of my job, I quickly adapted to the digital landscape. Instead of conducting in-person tours and events, I diligently worked to provide comprehensive information about the university to prospective students through online platforms. Utilizing my Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, I actively engaged with individuals and promptly addressed their inquiries and concerns.

By leveraging the power of social media, I ensured that aspiring students received the necessary guidance and support during the challenging times brought about by the pandemic. I used these digital channels as effective tools to showcase the university's unique attributes and foster a sense of connection and community.

During the gap year between my studies, my cousin and I embarked on an exciting venture by starting our own YouTube channel called "The Goud Sisters." Our channel focused on vlogs, covering a diverse range of topics including comedy, travel, makeup tutorials, product reviews, social reforms, food, Indian festivals, and animals.

Within the channel, I took on the responsibility of video editing, managing social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and implementing YouTube search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the world of YouTube content creation, honing my skills and exploring the dynamic field.

Being a YouTube content creator provided invaluable insights into the creative process and the impact of engaging visual content. It was an enriching experience to collaborate with my cousin and bring our shared passions to life through captivating videos. We strived to entertain, educate, and inspire our growing audience, while also fostering a sense of connection within our online community.

Through our journey as content creators, we continuously sought to enhance our video production techniques, experiment with new content ideas, and engage with our viewers. The feedback and support we received from our audience fueled our motivation to create high-quality, engaging content that resonated with our viewers.

Overall, the experience of being a YouTube content creator on "The Goud Sisters" channel was an invaluable opportunity for personal growth, creative expression, and exploring the vast potential of online platforms.

My tenure at Tandoor Darbar was truly remarkable, as it provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant business and the food industry as a whole. In my role as a Marketing Manager, I not only managed the restaurant's social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram but also took charge of creating captivating visuals and consistently posting promotional content. Through these efforts, I successfully achieved organic results for our social media campaigns, effectively reaching our target audience and generating positive engagement.
Moreover, I actively marketed the Tandoor Darbar brand by participating in various food festivals. Our presence was notable at events such as IICF, TGMG Food Festival, Bhimtadi, Rotary Club of Parleshwar's Food Fest, The Flea Fly, Chembur Festival, Puneri, and Flea Fly Flu. These festivals served as excellent opportunities to showcase our culinary offerings, build brand recognition, and engage with a diverse audience. Additionally, I took charge of handling client inquiries and addressing their needs through our social media channels and phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
In early 2017, Tandoor Darbar expanded its services to include catering for corporate events, further expanding our reach and impact in the market. Later that same year, we ventured into supplying Dabbas in Pune, diversifying our business and meeting the evolving demands of our customers.
As the restaurant continued to flourish, my responsibilities grew in tandem, granting me a comprehensive overview of the industry as a whole. This multifaceted experience provided me with invaluable insights into various aspects of the food business, including marketing, customer service, event management, and expansion strategies.
Overall, my journey was an enriching one, where I had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the restaurant while gaining a holistic understanding of the dynamic food industry.
