Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to empowering and supporting teenagers from single mothers to pursue education. We achieve this through clothing drive fundraisers, gathering gently used clothing to provide essential items for teens in need. Additionally, we conduct online money fundraising campaigns to cover medical and school expenses, ensuring financial barriers don't hinder their education. Partnering with social work organizations and community projects, we offer comprehensive support systems to empower teenagers and their families. Through these efforts, we aim to remove obstacles and create opportunities for these teens to achieve their full potential and build a brighter future.

I am a procurement and digital transformation industry and consultancy expert with over eight years of progressive global procurement experience. Passionate about all thing's procurement and skilled in leading, delivering and streamlining the end-to-end source-to-pay processes of various technology implementations. Expert in process improvement and end-user experience design and best practices. Proficient in supplier relationship management, business process management (BPM), process documentation, change management, project management, vendor category strategy, risk and compliance, training and communication strategies and support from start to production delivery across multiple countries. 

I have successfully led and supported the implementation, project management, supplier onboarding, training, and change management on various technology Procurement transformations globally, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. 

As a staunch advocate for enhancing the digital procurement and end-user experience, I have played a pivotal role in elevating organizations' procurement transformations through the implementation of adoption best practices and overcoming key implementation challenges.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am also a Procurement Content creator on a mission to elevate Procurement's profile with the next generation procurement professionals and the Founder of "The BE Foundation", a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships, mentorships, and job placement assistance to single mothers and talented high school students in need in Honduras. 
Additionally, with the generous support of our donors, we have donated over $250,000 worth of PPE products to public hospitals, schools, and local clinics in Honduras during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.
