Pay Agency was founded with the goal of simplifying the process of connecting merchants and payment service providers (PSPs).
We recognized that there was a need for a platform that could streamline the process of finding and onboarding new partners. We set out to create a solution that would meet this need.
Through intensive studies and development, we created a platform for merchants and PSPs. Our platform makes it easy for merchants to compare payment processors and choose the best one for them. Giving PSP access to a large and growing pool of potential clients.

Since our founding, we have worked hard to build a platform that is easy to use, reliable, and secure. We have developed advanced matching algorithms to help PSPs and merchants find the best partners for their needs, and we have put in place robust security measures to protect against fraud and other threats.
In addition to our core platform, we have also focused on building a strong customer support team to ensure that our clients have the help and guidance they need to succeed. We believe that by providing top-notch service and support, we can help our clients grow and thrive.
Looking to the future, we are excited to continue expanding and improving our platform, we are committed to helping merchants and PSPs succeed in an increasingly competitive market.

There were days when things moved fast.
And there were days when progress felt invisible.

This is one of the hardest lessons in leadership.

Early in our journey, we often believe leadership is about being right, being the loudest voice, or having all the answers.
But real leadership looks very different.

It is about listening more than speaking.
It is about giving credit instead of taking it.
And sometimes, it is about stepping back so others can step forward.

The moment ego leaves the room, trust enters.
And trust is what truly builds strong teams and long-term success.

Not because life was perfect, but because 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.

We were 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.
No brother.

And in many Indian families, that quietly changes the direction of life.

While others were planning careers…
I was already thinking about 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲.

But something important happened in my journey.

My husband didn’t ask me to slow down.

He told me to 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫.

In a world where many women are expected to compromise after marriage,
I was told:

“𝐆𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧.”

That support changed everything.

Because when I entered this industry, I was young.
Inexperienced.
And completely on my own.

No mentor.
No legacy business.
No powerful background.

Just 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

I became the only earning member of my family.

Not because it was easy.
Because it was necessary.

I am a 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫.

Everything I built…
I built it 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡.

I worked 𝟏𝟖–𝟐𝟎 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲.

Not for luxury.
Not for fame.

But to make sure the next generation of my family
never experiences the limitations I grew up seeing.

And when a woman from a modest background starts rising,
people start asking uncomfortable questions:

“How is she doing this?”
“How is she still standing?”
“How is she competing?”

Especially when she has:

• No political backing
• No financial dynasty
• No industry godfather
• No inherited power

Just 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

But here is the truth most people don’t understand:

When life gives you no safety net, you build your own wings.

Yes, there were struggles.
Yes, there were sleepless nights.
Yes, there were moments when people tried to pull me down.

But I kept going.

Because I wasn’t just building a company.

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲’𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

And today, when I look back…

I don’t just see success.

𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐞
𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.
𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞.
𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭.
𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

And I’m still standing.

Not because it was easy.
But because giving up was never an option.

One of the hardest lessons I learned in leadership
was understanding that not everyone is good for every role.

Early in my journey, I believed that if someone is loyal, hardworking, or close to the team, they should be given every opportunity.

I wanted to support everyone.
I wanted to keep everyone together.
I wanted to believe that effort alone is enough.

But leadership doesn’t only test your kindness.
It tests your 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.

I remember a time when I trusted someone with a responsibility they were not ready for.

Not because they were wrong.
Not because they didn’t try.
But that role needed a different strength.

When things didn’t work, it was easy to blame the situation.

But the truth was simple —
I placed the right person in the wrong position.

That day I understood something very important:

Not everyone is meant for every task.
Not everyone is meant for every decision.
Not everyone is meant for every level of pressure.

And that is not disrespect.
That is wisdom.

Good leadership is not about changing people.
It is about understanding their strengths
and putting them where they can actually succeed.

When you place people right, teams become stronger.
Work becomes smoother.
And respect stays intact.

Because real leadership is not about keeping everyone happy.
It is about building something that actually works.

And that requires honesty,
even when it feels uncomfortable.

Most people underestimate the power of how they 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤.

Not their 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬.

Not their 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.

Their 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

I have noticed something through my journey that 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞. It always begins inside the mind.

When you think 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥, you automatically limit your 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
You play it 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞.
You avoid 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐬.
You settle for 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

But the moment you're thinking 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, your actions start changing with it.

You begin to see 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 where others see 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬.
You start building 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 instead of waiting for 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
And slowly, your results begin to reflect your 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Thinking 𝐛𝐢𝐠 is not about 𝐞𝐠𝐨.
It is about 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟.

Belief that you are capable of 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.
Belief that your ideas deserve 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞.
Belief that your journey is meant to create 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.

Because 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 does not grow from circumstances.
It grows from 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞.

And courage often begins with one simple decision to stop shrinking your dreams.

When conflict surrounds you, perspective shifts.

Living in Dubai right now feels surreal.

On paper, I'm in one of the safest, most modern cities in the world. But zoom out on the map, and the reality hits differently. Iran. Israel. Yemen. The tensions are not headlines I scroll past anymore—they're happening in my backyard.

I hear about missiles. I see news of strikes. I watch neighboring skies light up while I go about my day, grabbing coffee, attending meetings, living what looks like a normal life.

But nothing feels normal anymore.

Here's what's changed for me:

I stopped taking stability for granted. Peace isn't a default setting. It's fragile. It's precious. And millions of people wake up every day without it.

I think about what truly matters. Career goals, promotions, follower counts—they shrink in significance when you realize how quickly everything can change. Family. Health. Safety. These aren't clichés. They're everything.

I feel a strange guilt. Why am I safe while others aren't? What did I do to deserve this luck of geography? That question sits with me.

I've become more present. Tomorrow isn't promised. Not dramatically. Literally. So I try to show up fully today.

To everyone living in conflict zones right now—my heart is with you.

And to those of us watching from a distance that isn't really a distance at all: let this be a reminder to live intentionally, love deeply, and never underestimate the privilege of peace.

When your calendar is so busy it stops being a calendar and becomes a mood 😅

My calendar right now looks like someone played Tetris with meetings… and WON.

 There’s no “free time” — only tiny suspicious gaps that are clearly traps.

At this point I’m not scheduling meetings…
 meetings are scheduling me.
🧠 Mental state update:
Monday to Friday is one long continuous “quick call?”
I’ve started saying “yes” before I even hear the question
My lunch break has been moved to Q4
If you see a blank slot… please don’t touch it. That’s where my sanity lives.

Also… my calendar has colors now.
 Not for organization.
 For emotional warning signs.
 🔴 = urgent
 🟡 = very urgent
 🟢 = “I’ll pretend I’m okay”
 🔵 = existential crisis with agenda

I want to speak to you honestly and from the heart.

A company does not run because it has a large number of people. A company runs because of a few strong individuals who take ownership, who step forward when things are difficult, who think long term, and who understand that their growth and the company’s growth are deeply connected.

Over the past months, we have gone through change. Some people have moved on. Let me be very clear — there were no random layoffs, no impulsive decisions, no unfair removals. What happened was natural alignment.

Some individuals were here only for stability when things were smooth. As long as salary came, everything was fine. But accountability? Ownership? Long-term thinking? That was missing. And eventually, people who do not connect with the company’s direction will leave. That is not loss — that is clarity.

If after fifty people leaving, the company’s health remains stable, the momentum continues, and performance does not drop — it tells us something important. It tells us that numbers do not build strength. The right mindset does.

What makes me proud today is not who left — it is who stayed.

The people who are still here are the ones who understand responsibility. The ones who feel connected. The ones who want the company to grow and want to grow along with it. Those are the people who build institutions. Those are the people who stay for the journey, not just the paycheck.

As we move into the next phase, we are not looking to “replace numbers.” We are looking to bring in individuals who:

Take accountability without being asked

Think long term

Have a growth mindset

See leadership as responsibility, not position

Believe that when the company grows, they grow — and when they grow, the company grows

We are heading in the right direction. The clarity is stronger. The structure is stronger. The leadership alignment is stronger. The next phase will be powerful — but only if we move together with conviction, courage, and full energy.

We will win. We always have. But we will win with the right people — people with passion, vision, and alignment.

I need each one of you to move forward with full commitment, full confidence, and full ownership. Let’s build something that lasts. Let’s build something we are proud of.

Five Mistakes Early-Stage Founders Make in FinTech

If I had only 𝟔𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬 to mentor someone who feels stuck,
I wouldn’t ask about their 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬.

I wouldn’t ask about their 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, their 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, or their 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧.

I would ask them one uncomfortable question:

“𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠?”

Growth doesn’t stop because of a lack of 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭.

It stops because of tolerated 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬.

“I don’t have time.”
“I didn’t get the right opportunity.”
“I’ll start when things settle down.”
“I’m not ready yet.”

Every excuse sounds 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.
That’s why it’s 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬.

I’ve seen it up close.

People with 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬...
Powerful 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬...
Strong 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠...

Still living under a low ceiling.

Not because they couldn’t rise.
But because their excuses were louder than their 𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The day you stop negotiating with yourself, your ceiling moves.

The day you stop explaining why it’s hard,
and start deciding that it’s happening anyway, everything shifts.

No mentor can raise your standards for you.

No investor can inject discipline into you.

No opportunity can outrun your self-doubt.

But the moment your excuses fall silent?

Your 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 expands.

And once you silence the voice that says,

But here’s the truth most people miss:

Every challenge builds 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

Because the people who eventually win are not the ones with the smoothest path, they are the ones who refused to quit when the path became difficult.

So if your journey looks messy right now, don’t panic.

You’re not 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭.

I entered this industry in my early twenties. I was young, inexperienced in the ways of politics, but determined. And since that day, I have handled everything alone. There was no mentor holding my hand. No family wealth backing me. No powerful surname opening doors.

I had children to feed.
I had a family to run.
I was — and still am — the only earning member in my household.

I am the first-generation entrepreneur in my family. No one before me built a business. No one before me entered global finance. No one before me challenged the system.

I worked 18 to 20 hours a day. Not for luxury. Not for fame. But to break a cycle.

I wanted my children to never experience the poverty, limitations, and mediocrity that I grew up seeing. I wanted to end that story — permanently.

And for twenty years, I have fought every battle alone.

The online posts, the allegations, the noise — they didn’t start because I failed. They started because I succeeded.

A young woman rising in a male-dominated industry makes people uncomfortable.

Especially when she:

• Has no political backing
• Has no financial dynasty behind her
• Has no powerful infrastructure
• Comes from a modest background
• And still refuses to bend

Whether it was employees, partners, competitors, or established names in the industry — many could not digest that a 24–25-year-old woman was standing her ground.

There was always this silent question:
“How is she still standing?”
“How is she competing?”
“How is she not breaking?”

And perhaps the most uncomfortable question of all:
“How can an Indian woman from a middle-class background survive here?”

What they never understood is this:

I never relied on power.
I relied on my mind.
I relied on patience.
I relied on discipline.

When you come from nothing, your brain becomes your infrastructure.

Every single crisis, every betrayal, every harassment attempt — I handled it calmly. Because I knew one thing very clearly:

No one was coming to save me.

If I wanted to get my family out of poverty, I had to endure.
If I wanted to build something real, I had to absorb the attacks.
If I wanted to win, I had to stay patient.

Even today, many men in society struggle to accept that a woman can stand tall — independently — for two decades straight, facing every possible struggle and still refusing to collapse.

But I didn’t build this life by accident.

I built it through sacrifice.
Through sleepless nights.
Through public humiliation.
Through private tears.
Through resilience.

And I’m still standing.

Not because it was easy.
But because I never had the luxury of giving up.

I’m excited to share that I’ve successfully completed my Fintech and Payment Internship Programme with Payomatix Technologies.

This experience really opened my eyes to what actually happens behind the scenes when you initiate a payment. Not just “transaction successful” on the screen, but the real mechanics. From payment processing, stakeholders involved in every transaction, settlement and reconciliation, to understanding the fees charged at each stage. It made everything feel more real and practical.

I gained solid knowledge in payment orchestration, smart routing that connects transactions to the gateway with the highest success rate. We also covered compliance deeply, especially PCI DSS and licensing requirements, which I now understand is absolutely critical in the fintech space.

Real time monitoring, fraud detection, AML, KYC and KYB processes, merchant category codes, acquiring partnerships, high risk payment industries, cross border payments and APMs. It was intense in a good way. The kind of learning that stretches you.

Marketing was not left out. I had hands on experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation. Learning how to define ICP, use the right keywords and actually reach out to real clients. That part? Slightly scary at first, but very empowering.

It was truly an amazing experience.

I sincerely appreciate Payomatix Technologies for putting this internship programme together. Knowledge is wealth, and this was definitely an investment in mine.
