Should I post it? 

No… People would think it’s cringe. 

That’s what my mind used to say 2 years back. 
When I was exploring LinkedIn like a ghost. 

Watching everyone do amazing. 
I thought maybe that was the way. 

But that self-doubt was still in the way. 

I thought…
Maybe I just need more time. 

Time to get better. 

- Time to get better.
- Time to sound smarter.
- Time to feel ready.

And then come back. 

But guess what?
That “time” was never about improvement.

It was fear.

And all that time of fear has taught me this one thing…

You don’t gain confidence before posting.
You gain it because you posted.

Your first posts won’t be great.

Mine weren’t.
Most aren’t.

But clarity doesn’t come from thinking.

It comes from feedback.

From DOING.
From being seen while learning.

Starting feels scary once.
Regret feels heavy every day.

So if you’re still watching silently…

This is your sign.
Not to be perfect.
Just to be visible.

In 2023, I was pitching every brand I saw. 
And still got zero replies. 🤯

Yep. Zero.

And I honestly thought…
Maybe they’re just super busy?
Or my offer was just too awesome? 😅

But here’s the real thing…

I was faceless.
And people don’t trust a name with zero voice. 👀

That’s when I came across LinkedIn,
And realized my mistake. 

There was no reason for those brands to answer me. 

I was literally a nobody!

My pitch, my words had no meaning. 

Until… 
I built my own Personal Brand. 

It literally changed everything. 

It sure took some time, 
But it was totally worth it. 

Clients reaching out to me. 
Worked with many amazing creators. 

Not because I had a great pitch script, 
But a personal brand that attracted trust itself. 

Here’s the part most people STILL miss:

🚫 You don’t build authority by shouting louder.
✔️ You build it by being seen, known, and relatable.

People buy from:

- people they trust
- people they recognize
- people they feel a connection with

And that’s what personal branding actually does.

Clients don’t buy services.

They buy the story behind the person.
The person behind the service.

So here’s your game plan:

• Share your quirks.
• Share your fails.
• Share what you think.
• Share what you know.
• Show up as YOU.

Authority isn’t built by perfection.
It’s built by presence.

That’s it!

Most people obsess over the first 2 lines.

That’s cute.
But not enough!

What people never talk about…
Is the rhythm that keeps them reading.

You can have a killer hook.
But if the pace is boring?
People scroll away.

Let’s be real…

Humans scan first.
They read with their eyes, not their brains. 

And eyes move like IShowSpeed. 😭😂

It’s not just about short lines.
It’s about how your words flow together.

Long sentence…
→ Slows them down.

Short punchy line…
→ Keeps them scrolling.

Fragment?
→ Adds dramatic pause. 

People don’t read words.
They dance through them.

Here’s how it should be done:

1) Rhythm Anchors

Break lines on purpose.
Each line should stand alone.

Avoid text blocks.

2) Mirror Reader Breath

People scan quickly.
So keep lines easy to absorb.

One idea per line.

3) Vary the Tempo

Tiny sentence.
Slightly longer one.
Then tiny again.

That creates movement.

That’s what keeps eyes on your post.
That’s how you respect attention.

That’s the rhythm!

P.S. Do your posts feel easy to read out loud?

Posting more won’t fix this.
Neither will better hooks.

(This is more common among founders)

You’re trying everything,
But no one’s really connecting the dots.

Why? Because…

You’re positioned for yourself.
Not for your audience

You think visibility = posting.
But visibility without relatability = noise.

And noise gets scrolled past.

Your positioning isn’t just “what you do.”

It’s…
→ Who should care
→ Why they should care
→ Where they’ll feel it first

Most founders make this mistake:

❌ They explain their skills.
❌ They write headlines like job titles.
❌ They post stories only about their wins.

But guess what?
People don’t follow doers.

They follow people, 
Who reflect their own problems back at them.

And here’s the fix 👇

1) Stop optimizing for search engines.

↳ Optimize for people who might need you.

2) Include the audience in your headline.

↳ Who you help + the result you deliver. 

3) Lead with their problem, not your process.

↳ Your story only matters because, 
It shows how you solved what they’re stuck on. 

That’s the way to go!

P.S. Does your content talk about you… or to them?

A year back… my LinkedIn Brand was at its peak.

Tons of engagement.
Leads sliding in.

But it all stopped for a while. 
And the reason was obvious. 🥲

I got so lost in my clients’ work…
That I forgot my own personal brand. 

I told myself:
“I’ll focus more on my brand next month.”

That “next month” became…
5-6 months. 😭

And no surprise what happened!

- Engagement dipped.
- Reach vanished.

No leads for a while. 

But, thankfully I've almost recovered from it. 

But after that, I’ve noticed this…

Even though I used to come occasionally at random times with random stuff. 

It still counted as inconsistency. 
Do you know why? 

Because consistency isn’t about frequency.
It’s about predictability.

Here’s the part no one really tells you:

Humans track behavior patterns.

When you show up randomly…

- Random days.
- Random topics.
- Random energy. 

Your audience can’t “place” you.
So their brain unsubscribes silently.

Consistency ≠ daily posting.

Consistency =

• Same voice
• Same core topic
• Same rough timing
• Same energy people expect from you

Not just random posting for the sake of consistency. 

That’s the real consistency nobody talks about.

So, stop ticking the box 7 days a week.
Instead go intentionally 3 days a week (at least). 

Intention Matters!

That’s it!

Your leads will go up…
When you’ll stop selling. 

Sounds crazy, right?
(I sure am a MADman 😭) But that’s the truth. 

People don’t hate sales.
They hate feeling sold to.

(Like how dare you sell that weight loss product to me? I'm perfectly fit 😭)

So if your conversion copy feels like a pitch…
Yeah. They’ll keep scrolling.

But I’ve got a way to fix it…

1) Hook like a spoiler:

“I did this mistake… and it doubled my leads.”
(No salesy buzzwords.)

2) Narrative first:

Tell what happened.
Real, messy, human.

People read humans, not robots.

3) Micro-teaching:

Give 1 tactic… Not 5.

1 sticky idea > 5 boring bullets.

4) Outcome before offering:

Show real before → after logic.
No grand promises.

5) Soft next step:

Ask a question that feels like curiosity, not a sales cue.

The result?

People start their own convo with YOU…
Without the awkward “pitch.”

Your copy shouldn’t chase clients.
It should invite them into a convo.

That’s it!

(It’s so common these days)

You know why?
It’s all about the trust gap.

And…

It’s not just about trust.
It’s about contextual trust.

Different from “liking you.”

This is deeper. 
And rarely spoken about.

People follow you because you’re interesting.

They buy from you, 
Only after you become useful in their context.

Here’s what most people miss 👇

🟠 Followers trust your vibe.
Buyers trust your timing.

🟠 Your content lives in their “scroll brain.”
Sales need the “decision brain.”

🟠 You feel safe to read.
Not yet safe to buy from. 😅

🟠 They enjoy you.
But don’t need you yet.

That’s the gap.

Not more posting.
Not better hooks.
Just clearer buying context.

If you want buyers,
Don’t just be interesting.

Be relevant at the exact moment they’re deciding.

That’s how trust turns into money.
