Picture it, a divine wedding, every god was invited except Eris, the goddess of discord.

I rarely share posts. In my opinion this is the most important issue we are facing in the world today. 

This is why I Co-founded The Ancestral Healing Center. This is why I wrote Inherited Trauma and Family Wealth. This is why I'm collaborating with some of the most influential women in the family/health/wealth space. 

Your attachments define who you are. They keep us sane.  They allow us an opportunity to be seen.

As the RAPP Project Coordinator, I oversee the daily operation of grant activities, including facilitating the collaboration between three comprehensive behavioral health centers.  Leading the way in creating trauma-informed communities through Trauma 101 and bringing healing through evidence-based therapies, RAPP is paving the way for a brighter future in Southern West Virginia.

RAPP is a collaborative effort between, FMRS Health Systems, Inc., Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center and Seneca Health Services, Inc. RAPP is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) and is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) partner.

Project Coordinator

Served as a Wellness Coordinator for the Severely Mentally Ill population in an integrated health setting as part of a SAMHSA-funded program. Conducted baseline and quarterly evaluations to determine level of care needed.  Facilitated supportive groups addressing a variety of health-related topics such as diabetes self-management, tobacco treatmnet, nutrition, exercise, and social recreational activities.  Provided individual wellness sessions to address and develop personalized treatment solutions for specific needs.

Wellness Coordinator

Provided Life Skill Development Supportive Group Therapy to adolescents experiencing substance abuse related issues.  Conducted psychological evaluations, treatment planning, and case managment services.

Service Coordinator

Provided Supportive Group Therapy for those experiencing crisis.  Completed intake evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
