I specialize in helping business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives combat overwhelm, stress, depression, and anxiety. excessive indulgence in work (workaholics)

These behaviors are sometimes misinterpreted as personal choices rather than signs of underlying stress or mental health issues.

The societal expectation for men to "man up" and ignore emotional distress contributes to higher mental health risks, including a suicide rate that is significantly higher among men than women. (75% of men versus 25% women).

This "man up" culture discourages men from seeking the help they need, potentially leading to these tragic outcomes. It's crucial to challenge this norm and recognize that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness. 

By addressing these issues head-on, men can improve their quality of life and prevent the severe consequences of untreated mental health issues.

Personal Relationships: I guided students through the complexities of friendships and romantic relationships, focusing on developing communication skills and establishing healthy boundaries.

Grief: I provided support for students dealing with significant losses, helping them express their feelings and develop coping strategies.
