AI is enhancing our efficiency, it’s time to rethink how we invest our time and focus on our career growth! 
This is what we discussed last week with the members of the LAYA - Lead As You Are  group and Ryan O'Keeffe  personal branding expert.

Initially joining the firm as an accounts senior, expanding on previous experience in the profession. During my time at Turner Peachey I was offered, and accepted, a number of opportunities to progress in my career; initially moving from an accounts senior role to a team leader role where my responsibilities expanded to managing the workflow of, assisting and conducting appraisals of, a team. Later progressing to the position of manager.

I began my career as a trainee studying AAT, progressing to study for the ACCA qualification. My role involved preparing end of year and management accounts, personal tax returns, corporation tax returns, VAT returns and payroll. As my role progressed I also mentored junior members of the team.

I'm on a mission to help small business owners improve their profitability, save time, and maximise tax efficiencies.

I have over 17 years experience in the profession, starting as a trainee and progressing to client manager, before my passion drove me to launch my own practice - Nick Bromley Accountancy Limited.

A fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Proficient in Accounting, UK Income Tax, UK Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax and Accounting Software 💻

When I'm not crunching numbers I'll be spending time with my family, friends or in the woods on my bike 🚴‍♂️🍃
