11 years ago, I got sober. That decision didn't just change my life it completely rewired how I approach sales, leadership, and relationships. I learned discipline, authenticity, and the power of showing up consistently, even when it's hard. I learned that trust is earned through action, not words. And I learned that real growth happens when you stop chasing shortcuts and commit to the process.

Those lessons shaped everything I do today.

I've taken two companies from just over $1M ARR to nearly $3M ARR while building the playbook, running the plays, and scaling the team. I've hired, coached, and managed BDRs, AEs and AMs. I've closed complex deals, run POCs, and consistently hit quota by focusing on what actually works: genuine relationships, strategic outreach, and a relentless commitment to the process.

Now, I'm bringing that same intensity to Clinically.ai the intelligence platform for behavioral health.

I learned a ton in this role. Our main goal as a Wildland crew was to mitigate fire risks in the areas assigned within Colorado. We could be doing TSI (Timber Stand Improvement) in the morning and on our way to a 10,000+ acre fire in the afternoon. Our motto was "Semper Gumby" or Always Flexible. I was able to refine my leadership skills and learn direct and indirect tactics in fire suppression. I worked as both a Squad Boss leading teams of 6-8 on certain missions and also learned how to clone radios so that our crew was on the right tactical channels so all communications between divisions and crews were able to be met. I am EXTREMELY grateful for the experience in Mental Toughness and how a team can truly work together to kick some serious butt!
