I waited longer than I should have.

Are You Planning… or Procrastinating?
 
When I started my second business, I was scared. 

- Scared to take the first step. 
- Scared to take the next one.
 
But like most people, I didn’t want to admit that to myself.
 
So what did I do instead?

1/ I planned.
I created overly detailed business plans.

2/ Set goals.
Wrote endless to-do lists.

And the worst part? 
I spent hours in my head, fantasizing about the future version of the business.

All of that planning felt productive.

It felt like progress.
It felt like action.
But it wasn’t.
 
Don’t get me wrong, planning has value. Setting targets matters.

The problem starts when planning becomes a substitute for action.
 
Because progress doesn’t live in your notebook.

It lives in what you actually do.
 
So if you’re buried under planning and calling it productivity, pause.
Put the lists down. Close the business plan.
And take one real step forward.
