MY BACKGROUND:
I've spent 15+ years on both the organizational and agency side helping organizations build and implement digital marketing strategies. Before swell, I grew two digital agencies as the Director, Brand + Digital Strategy at ignite and the Vice President, Digital Marketing at Aztek.

Prior to my agency life, I led the Marketing & Digital team at ERC, where I oversaw the organization's marketing and digital strategy.
