To marketing coach/consultant…

I and my processes have worked for solopreneurs, mid-sized businesses, and nonprofits of all kinds.

From pretty much all corners of the globe.

I approach global mobility with a realistic, people-first mindset. I know the details can get messy, emotions sometimes run high, and unexpected issues pop up right when you think everything is under control. My focus is on working through real problems with practical, human solutions and here’s how I do it:

1) I listen and stay curious: Before jumping to solutions, I pay attention to the frustrations and roadblocks employees and managers describe. Often, it’s about more than paperwork; other times, it’s about family concerns, spousal adaptation, culture shock, and help on using tools to remain connected to home while away from home. Then, when it's about work, it's more about policies, eligibility, and clarity which is where open communication and my next point build trust in GMS.

2) I break down problems into manageable steps: Burn out happens when processes get tangled, requests are unclear, and communication feels uncomfortable so I use my coaching skills to work with HR, leaders, and vendors to find the options that chart a path forward. This helps teams avoid feeling overwhelmed and keeps things moving at a steady pace.

3) I use honest communication of what's possible, Not Just Policy: Some call it results oriented language, others might call it non-violent communication, but I prefer honest communication because it fosters trust and collaboration. I can do all three but my style gives people agency: it encourages growth, empowerment, practical problem-solving skills, and most importantly by discussing what is possible the person learns to manage expectations and whether you are the expat or GMS; assignments demand emotional intelligence.   

Every assignment is different. While compliance matters, I look for ways to adapt policies to fit real situations, whether it’s finding a workaround for a delayed visa or clarifying tax issues in everyday language. 

With the Founding Expatology, I became a Certified Co-Active Coach and Licensed Trainer in Global DISC & ICQ Global. I channeled my background in empowering global minds to build cultural intelligent individuals, navigate transitions with confidence, and build high-performing teams. My training in behavioral assessments and life transitions, including my unique perspective as a Life and Death Doula, allows me to cultivate a profound 'Ministry of Presence,' fostering environments where individuals are released from shame and empowered to succeed.
