I redesigned the Solution Engineering/Advisory business within the Institutional Banks Product Group, this business was responsible for delivering advisory services, sales support, and guidance to the bank's four business banking segments, each with over 100 transactional banking sales executives nationwide. I spearheaded a major transformation effort, prioritising stakeholder relevance and value delivery. The team's core focus areas encompassed client acquisition and retention, client discovery and solution design, payments and industry advisory, as well as proactive stakeholder engagement.

My role is focused on growing CommBank iQ, which is the data & analytics joint venture between CBA and Quantium.

CommBank iQ combines Australia’s largest pool of transaction data and the nation’s leading data science capability to deliver powerful insights that help Australian businesses, policy makers and investors shape and drive the country’s future economy.

I support the distribution of the bank's data insights capability to CommBank’s Institutional Banking & Markets clients. This includes the working on the go-to-market strategy for the business to prioritise which sectors this capability is most relevant and can be most impactful for clients. 

In this role I work closely with a large and diverse group of stakeholders, including internal teams within CBA, the CommBank iQ Joint Venture, and directly with corporate and government clients.

As an Associate Director of Client Engagement at CommBank iQ, I work with CBA's Institutional Banking division and leverage my data and analytics expertise to deliver powerful insights that help Australian businesses, policy makers, and investors shape and drive the country's future economy. I have over eight months of experience in this role, working on the go-to-market strategy for the bank's data insights capability for Institutional Banking and Markets clients.

Prior to joining CommBank iQ, I spent more than five years as a Manager of Workplace Banking at Commonwealth Bank, where I managed and acquired key employer clients and internal business partner relationships. I also have over six years of experience as a Client Partnership Manager at CareSuper, where I offered superannuation solutions to a diverse group of employers. I have a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, with a focus on privatisation and business law. I am passionate about building knowledge and sharing ideas to support businesses improve their operations and individuals enhance their financial wellbeing.
