As a Tele-counselor I assisted in recruiting incoming freshmen and transfer students for the University as well as assisting with campus tours. I began working my freshmen year and eventually earned the status of a senior tele-counselor through a variety of proportions. I was in charge of monitoring outgoing calls while acting as a student night time manager. As a senior staff member I was responsible for answering questions from incoming freshmen and parents who called in, as well as questions from new staff members.
