• Promoted to Director of Sales after informally leading the role since 2017, a recognition enabled by new private equity funding. 
• Created a contract-based discount program that achieved over $4.89M within the first nine months
• Participate in the quarterly board meetings, serving as direct POC for all sales and revenue-related board questions
• Achieved consistent record revenue years from 2018-2022, including two-quarter records of $7.8M and $8M during year 1, 3 monthly revenue records of $2.85M, $2.99M, and $3.15M, and two daily revenue records of $450K and $375K
• Established a sales foundation and culture of success, creating new entry-level roles called Account Managers and SDR roles called Sales Coordinators, securing a 100% retention rate for all sales representatives

• Responsible for leading the day-to-day general operations of the clinic, overseeing personnel, supplies, equipment, and client services, growing the monthly sales by 262% within the first 3 months
• Leveraged expertise to travel nationally and train various sales teams, developing and implementing unified job aids to support employees, ensuring service consistency across all locations
• Drove a 62% increase in overall sales within the first year despite only a 15% increase in new patients, utilizing solid relationships with patients to maximize upgrades and the renewal of treatments
• Responsible for increasing the average closing ratio from 37% to 49% on all new consultations, resulting in driving the overall closing ratio for return and new patients from 44% to 62%
• Gathered and analyzed data and developed presentations consisting of vital business metrics, providing organizational leadership with monthly performance updates
• Promoted and relocated to the Tampa clinic with a focus on increasing sales, changing the clinic atmosphere and culture, as well as enhancing the NuMale’s reputation throughout Florida
• Provided sales training, coaching, job aids, and multiple documents, ensuring that employees had all the needed components to achieve individual and organizational success
• Supported patients in securing additional treatment, utilizing multiple funding agencies to obtain extensive treatment program options for various patients

• Functioned as Account Manager overseeing valet services throughout the Midwest, managing and maximizing revenue for a 148-space parking lot, as well as balancing the demands of multiple hotels, and contracted monthly and daily parkers
• Focused on securing and establishing new accounts, building credibility, and increasing contracted accounts 2X within the first 9 months of tenure
• Provided detailed training for all valets, focusing on safety and customer service to achieve top performance, resulting in building a portfolio of loyal customers
• Oversaw all aspects of account management, including negotiating contracts, setting up the accounts, assigning valets, and managing performance
• Collaborated with hotels to staff event arrivals, stayovers, and departures, negotiating valet rates for guests based on the time of year, number of cars, and length of stay

Scaling from 3 to 35 people taught me one thing: Team culture is the backbone of sustainable growth.

Building a team at magier was no accident.

Every hire, every onboarding call, every tough decision I made them with one goal: keep the bar high.

No shortcuts.

When you scale a company, you realise one thing fast. Leading means talking to people all the time.

And honestly, I want to spend that time with my team, not with clients. My job is to enable my team so they can do great work for the client. That is where leadership really happens.

I learned early that culture fit beats a perfect resume.

You can teach skills. You cannot teach attitude or drive.

People who care, show up, and lift the team—those are the ones who shape what’s possible.

A-players change everything.

Great hires push the team forward.
Bad hires pull the team down.

If you lower standards even once, it gets easier to do it again.

I invest time in coaching, listening, and letting talent grow.

Processes help, but people make it happen.
