•Sourced over $1M in revenue, collaborating with team to create a strategic plan on top accounts. Utilized sales tool such as Sales Nav to find new contacts to reach out to, exceeding all activity numbers on a daily basis.

•Received HiPo status based off of input and output score (Input score 170% and output score 194%).
•Ranked #1 BDR in Chicago Hub based off of input and output score.
•Won Team MVP 2X based off on dash and off dash performance. 
•Completed AE readiness program, focusing on account planning, territory mapping, tiering of accounts, intro/discovery call, mutual plan, ROI, and pricing/closing calls.

Qualified 6 or more leads daily ranging from inbound calls, chats, website downloads, content syndication from 3rd-party websites, and webinars.
•Worked side by side with Salesforce Account Executives, helping to ensure smooth hand off and proper introduction to key stakeholders within the business. 
•Maintained active engagement with new and existing leads through a tight sales cadence and creative follow-up, increasing interest in Salesforce.com.
•Surpassed all KPI’s (calls, emails, connects, pipeline, meetings-set and revenue) 9 out of 10-months.
•Ranked as a top 10 SDR (out of 50 plus reps) 9 out of 10-months based off of KPI’s.

Identified and attracted prospects for inclusion in NCSA’s database and services for potential college athletes. Educated and counseled qualified prospects on college sports and academic recruiting. Met with potential company partners to demonstrate NCSA’s services and process.

•Led Mentorship Program at NCSA, helping new reps ramp up quickly and more tenured reps sharpen and learn new skills to help them hit their numbers.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: My journey to resilience and how I can help you thrive. 

In 2020, I landed what I thought was my dream job. But after two years of relentless grinding, I hit a wall. 

Burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression became the new norm. Approaching rock bottom fast, I knew something had to change.

I tried every hack, magic pill, and quick fix out there, but none worked. That’s when I decided to take a different approach.

Instead of seeking the easy way out, I embraced discomfort and pushed beyond my comfort zone. 

It started with small, intentional actions:

→ Cutting out alcohol and junk food 
→ Trying new things that scared me 
→ Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
→ Waking up a bit earlier for a cold shower
→ Carrying a backpack filled with rocks and heavy books

These simple acts of resilience reignited my passion and sense of purpose. I felt alive again. 

Doing hard things became my ultimate life hack, teaching me to embrace discomfort, face failure head-on, and learn by doing.

I guide our UK production partners to accurately forecast and manage their financial plans on Netflix Original Unscripted Series and Stand Up Comedies so they can come in on or under budget. I also work as the Pride@EMEA ERG lead, in a role where I form the connective tissue between all of our EMEA Pride@ groups to increase alignment, connectivity and engagement. Recently, I've also taken back the helm of running the EMEA Studio Finance Inclusion Conversations series. Previously at Netflix, I've been based in Amsterdam, LA and Singapore, covering a wide breadth of projects across our APAC, LATAM and UCAN markets.

Having worked professionally from the age of 16 running my family Bed & Breakfast whilst finishing high school  I've gathered a vast amount of life experience from a multitude of people, places and predicaments (no lies... the things I saw running a Bed & Breakfast whilst a teen will stay with me forever 🤣)! Starting off running a Bed & Breakfast as a teen when my parents immigrated to New Zealand and I stayed behind in South Africa to finish school, to becoming a theatre producer/digital marketing manager for a professional theatre company, then making tea for the accounting team on a Brad Pitt movie, and finally becoming a Studio Exec at Netflix - my life path has been wild and adventurous, living semi-permanently in over 10 countries and working on a multitude of fascinating projects.

Above all I see myself as a logical creative... this isn't my Myers Briggs type or some wanky psychological doctrine, but my own take on myself. I approach life logically, and creatively. I don't set myself goals because they can be avoided easily and can flatten your ego if not obtained - instead, I just do. I'm not about following some Instagram influencer's falsities, my life is epic because I choose it to be. My goal in Life is never having to look back on what I have done and to say to myself............but what for?……..as after all, the only restrictions which one really has are those which they've allowed themselves to be bound by. Oh gosh, it just got even more wanky 😉
