Finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in M&A, fundraising and as CFO of a large company in a restructuring process. Led reorganizations, restructuring and turnaround processes with the use of structured financial instruments, process optimization and operational reorganization.

•	Management of a team made up of 37 people distributed across the areas of FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, and IT.
•	Leadership of restructuring and turnaround processes, involving the planning and execution of new governance structure, synergy projects, restructuring policies, implementing ERP, budgeting (historical and ZBB) and reporting routine.
•	Execution of M&A processes: +20 projects on the sell side as advisor and +20 projects on the buy side as CFO.
