Starting from the bottom in this industry and when I say the bottom, I mean cleaning the gym toilets, this was after a horrific injury playing rugby, the sport that sparked my passion for training and exercise. 

Gaining weight (5 stone) I was lost, unconfident and constantly shaming the way I looked, this wasn’t the version of Keaton Winning that I’d always aspired to be. Trying every fad out there, I was frustrated and depressed, my injury retired me from sport at 17. 

After my depressive episode and no longer able to play in any contact sport I focused on my sports rehab & weight loss. At 17 I put myself through my own transformation and I knew this is what I wanted as a career, from here I invested all my time, money & energy into my education to be undeniably able to help everybody that I cross paths with to the highest level, whatever situation they are in.
