Effluent Treatment Plant: 
The capacity of the plant was 68cu.m/hr. In this PH was brought to a range of 7 by following various water treatment steps. New process use for effluent treatment with Reverse Osmosis. There were three different water treatment steps called Primary, Secondary & Tertiary.  There were water treatment steps like Physical-Chemical Treatment of wastewater followed by Biological Treatment. Water recycled was used again in factory for cleaning and achieving Zero Liquid Discharge.
 
Chopped Strand Mat: 
The capacity of the plant was 2000 KG/Hr. In this plant fiber yarns is chopped & binder (Chemicals) were applied on them followed by heating, compacting & curing to form Fiber Glass Mat the finished product. I have worked with equipments like Choppers, Conveyors, Scrubber, Oven, Fans, Blowers & Rollers.  I was promoted has a Chopper Man in this plant, responsibility include managing the chopping of fiber yarns effectively for production.

Roving: 
In this plant fiber yarn cakes of certain no as per product was converted to continuous ball. There I was working on Winder (High speed running motor) on which balls were prepared.

RCF is an ISO-9000-2001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 certified company.

Phosphoric acid plant:
I was for 1 month in this plant. The capacity of the plant was 100 MT/Day. Manufacturing process was Nissans Hemihydrate dehydrates process. In this plant there were equipments like Ball mill, Classifier, Blower, Mixer & Crystallizer. I worked in Grinding, Reaction, Filtration & Concentration section.

Methanol plant: 
I was for 2 months in this plant with the capacity of 175 MT/Day. Manufacturing process was Steam Reforming process, It was a gas plant so extra precaution has to be taken regarding safety. There were Reformer, Compressors, Distillation tower, Vaporizer, Reactors & Reboiler.

Ammonia Plant: 
I was for 2 months in this plant with the capacity of 900 MT/Day. The manufacturing process was Partial Oxidation. There I worked in Reforming, Compression, Conversion, Regeneration & Distillation section. It was a gas plant.

Effluent Treatment Plant: 
I was for 1 month in this plant with capacity of 120cu.m/hr. Waste effluents from various plants were treated and their PH was brought in the range of 6.5 to 7.5, which is not harmful to the environment. Various chemical & biological treatments were used to bring the desired PH range. Also to maintain other parameters like BOD, COD, TSS, TDS Etc.
