Here's what changed everything for me:

I stopped chasing random people.
I started finding leads who already care about what I can solve.

Think about it like this:

You wouldn't walk into a coffee shop and pitch everyone inside.
You'd find the people reading books about your topic.
You'd sit next to those discussing your industry.
You'd talk to those asking questions you can answer.

That's exactly what I do on LinkedIn.

I've tested this exact systems for 2 years.

Here's my 5-step process:

→ Find 3 of my old posts with real discussions (not just likes)
→ Check competitor posts for similar engaged audiences
→ Search live events related to my solution
→ Look for cohorts or bootcamps in my space
→ Push all leads through n8n for qualification

Then I filter by:
- Location
- Company size
- Industry fit

Now I have 57 people who have already shown interest.

These aren't cold leads.
They're problem-aware or solution-aware.

Once I get the list, I move them into Aimfox and run a simple campaign:

1. Send them a free resource (related to what they engaged with)
2. Ask for feedback
3. Once they respond, ask, "What's stopping you from solving this?"

3-message DM sequence I’ve tested on 57 cold leads — and why it’s the only one I still use

I didn’t set out to build some system.

I was just tired of writing DMs, hitting “Send,” and getting silence.
Again. And again. And again.

If they are intent on doing something, then they will do it.

That is how you should treat your sales process on LinkedIn.

Don’t complicate it.

Here is the example:

Let's say you run cohorts teaching founders how to scale their business using AI and automation to save 10+ hours weekly and increase revenue.

Instead of DMing 500 random "CEOs,/Founders" you'd:

1. Find people commenting on posts about AI automation 
2. Look for founders in LinkedIn groups discussing workflow problems
3. Search for attendees of recent AI/automation webinars
4. Check competitor cohort participants who completed similar programs
5. Track engagement on posts about AI lead magnets.

Now you have a list of people who've already raised their hand about this exact problem.

These aren't cold leads.
They're warm, qualified, and ready to listen.

Start from there

I just watched the future replace the past in real time.
and it took 30 seconds.
(which made me question everything I know about business)

Here's what you should think about AI:

Most companies are building tools that sound cool.

But they don't solve real problems.

They add complexity.
They create more work.
They promise results they can't deliver.

If you are unable to provide a premium experience for your customers, your business will fail.

Let's say you're selling clothing online.

You should imagine yourself as a customer and recall the last time you purchased something online.

You've read reviews.
You scrolled through the photos.
You hoped it met your expectations.
You crossed your fingers and clicked "Buy."

That's not buying.
That's gambling.

This applies to any business model, not just commerce.

So I came across a fantastic example of Swap using AI to create something unique.

They developed virtual try-ons, which allow customers to see products on themselves before purchasing.

This is not for fun.
This is for conversion.

Consider how you'd feel if you could try on your clothes.

This naturally leads to the following:

→ 2x higher conversion rates than traditional stores.
→ Customers understand what they're getting.
→ Returns decrease significantly.
→ Shopping becomes faster and more confident.

This is what "the future with AI" really means.

I tried their AI lab tools yesterday.
The experience wasn't simply better.
It was entirely different.

So the reality is...

Sell with AI or lose against it.

That is not hype.
That is business in 2025/2026.
