I'm Sachin Ramje, a T-shaped marketer with a love for data, design, and all things digital.

My Journey ➡️
• Started my career with banking in 2009.
• Quickly moved on to entrepreneurship in 2011.
• Over the next 5 years, explored entrepreneurship by starting a food startup, financial consulting firm and as an investor in gaming startup.

Decade-long experience in domains like banking, consulting, media, and entertainment on various leadership roles has shaped up my career well.

In my last assignment, worked with India’s no.1 bank as a digital marketing expert to scale their digital businesses across various products.

My Transition ➡️
With limited personal growth in Corporate world, decided to walk away from my high-paying executive role in 2022.

Before quitting my corporate role, started building my personal brand on Twitter in 2021 and now on LinkedIn.

The Problem ➡️
I found the long-threads on Twitter highly disengaging.
90% of the engagement happens on the first 2 tweet of 10+ tweeter thread.

The problem was not with attention span, the problem is with consideration span.

• Working with business development and project management teams to prepare project plans. 
• Identify gaps in the information provided by the customer and communicate with the business development team to procure sufficient information to process the requirement further. 
• Develop product standards and guidelines. 
• Review output of ID team members for quality, conformance to customer brief, and fulfilment of the customer requirement. 
• Creation and review of storyboards (for cognitive flow, layout and visual representation, language and descriptions for developers).

Working as a Senior Instructional Designer in the aerospace domain for 3 years. 
Roles and responsibilities are as follows: 
• Analyze and understand client requirements, analyze the learners, interact extensively with SMEs, and define appropriate instructional strategies for the training material. 
• Responsible for storyboarding (writing, reviewing and managing), for digital learning products such as online courseware, animations, simulations, interactivities, virtual learning labs, immersive learning objects (AR/VR), etc...
