TL;DR: We use UX methods with AI to analyze Emotional Triggers, then design pixel perfect designs using our specific framework that sparks human dopamine triggers. That’s why our designs WORK.


Who am I: My journey spans across 17 years of working with startups. From being Fiverr's first design hire, to mentoring at Google Launchpad (and being trained by them on their methods), co-founding my own startup - Tapdog, later to be acquired by Similarweb where I became Design Director, and learning from design leaders at top tech firms such as Airbnb, Facebook, Google, Apple, Etsy, Intercom, and more. 

I’ve spent the last 9 years distilling this experience into methodologies that empower startups and proving them out in the open market.

I just realized something that made me smile :) 

While everyone's freaking out about AI taking their jobs, I notice that there is a light there...

We - the professionals who know the art of asking the right QUESTIONS , while understanding product and business - are about to get superpowers.

Microsoft's AI CEO said this week that AI will handle human-level professional tasks in 12–18 months.

Law. Accounting. Marketing. Project management. Design...

And yeah, my feed exploded with panic. I did too at first.

"RIP designers."
"RIP developers." 
"RIP marketers."
F* that.

If AI handles the execution of professional tasks in 18 months, the one thing it will never do is decide WHICH tasks matter.

AI can write the brief. 
It can't decide what to build.

AI can design the screens. 
It can't know what the customer actually needs. Or which components will fit better for them.

AI can draft the contract. 
It can't build the relationship that makes the client sign it.

For 17 years, I've been in rooms where brilliant execution on the wrong thing destroyed product companies.

The commodity has always been execution.

The moat has always been judgment.

AI just makes that distinction impossible to ignore.

So while everyone's mourning their profession, I'm asking a different question:

How much of your career have you spent building judgment vs. just executing? 

Because if you've been asking the right questions, knowing what actually matters, understanding which problems are worth solving...

You're not getting replaced.

You're getting a superpower.

Totally disagree with this argument! 

Alex is super smart but misleading statements like these can be dangerous for young generations!

1 - I'd rather be poor and fulfilled but not rich and miserable.

2 - i believe that you can build both a happy life and business with being rich! But never put niches with riches on top of your choice of calling because it will empty your soul! 

Entrepreneurship is a spiritual journey. Not only scientific.

Pick the PEOPLE you work with carefully - business is hard so do it with people you live grinding with. They can be business partners but also clients.

Pick a career path that's aligned with your calling, your inner compass. We all have one.

Then be scientific about it and find what offer/product that you're competent of building an serving with can make the most amount of money for you.

I use the minimum effective dose approach to help you build strength and lose weight with the least amount of work possible.


• Lost an accumulated 45kg despite struggling with junk food, night cravings, and social FOMO.

• Helped full-time dads in high-responsibility and management roles regain energy, lose their belly, and feel strong and confident.

• Competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding for 7 years.


Until 2015 – Skinny-fat with chronic back pain, jumping between methods and getting nowhere.

• 2016 – Committed to one simple, strength-focused method I still use and teach today.

• 2017 – Consistent for a full year for the first time, finally looked like I work out, others started asking for advice, became a certified fitness coach.

• 2018 – Started working with clients and getting them stronger, improved my own nutrition, and lost my first 15kg.

• 2019 – Competed in powerlifting for the first time, something I never thought someone like me could do.

• 2021 – Went all-in on coaching full-time building my work around making fitness sustainable for busy men.

• 2022 – Lost ~30kg in my second weight loss phase and later competed in physique sports (bodybuilding).


Today:

• Helping clients get stronger so they’re not wiped after work, feel physically capable in day-to-day life and look fitter and put-together in everyday clothes.

• Helped clients lose 10–15kg+ and keep it off rather than regain with extra.

• Designed specifically for men balancing demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and limited time.
