At Limelight, I lead the marketing department and handle all marketing operations. I coached and mentored my team and helped them develop their skills in marketing. I lead a research project to uncover gaps in our customer journey and messaging. I worked with my team to create a new qualitative model, scoring model, a data architecture. This was combined with information from Qualtrics to give all departments access to timely business intelligence, reports, and dashboards for analysis.
