One thing we started doing more recently is work with TT shop creators vs regular actors.

Their delivery is naturally better and it makes scripts feel much more authentic.

Current winners in this ad account are made by us.

Top spender is a VSL ad where we reveal the product after 3 minutes that drives traffic to a landing page.

Few lessons:

1) You don't always need presell pages or long funnels for cold traffic.

We have a bunch of clients spending up to $200k/day sending all traffic to landers and PDPs

2) For saturated US markets, ad frameworks matter more than anything.

Nail down 2-3 winning ad frameworks and just focus on testing new angles/messaging on those proven structures.

New concept we made for client, excited to see how it performs.

As a creative agency, it's crucial that you set rules in place with clients on how your ads are tested/scaled.

Just had a situation where a big media buying agency was managing our creatives and they were doing a shit job.

Hopped on a call with the client, he fired the agency, had our ads re-tested by his in house team and they started crushing.

Creatives are important, but also important how you test them.

With big agencies you're almost always guaranteed to lose money
