● Added another revenue channel for Crio.Do by launching the FSD Plus program, boosting monthly recurring revenue by 10%,
Implemented feedback loops and optimization initiatives, resulting in a 15% rise in customer satisfaction.
● Did the competitor and marketing analysis for FSD Plus to find the gaps in the current offerings, and identified 4 major gaps, Utilized
findings to refine program features, creating USPs, pricing strategy, and marketing approach, resulting in increased program relevance.
● Developed an assessment tool that provides users with personalized upskilling plans and free-to-consume content based on their
scores resulting in an increase in paid conversion rates from 6% to 11%
● Designed the landing page for the FSD Plus program. Enabling users to easily gather comprehensive information about the program,
leading to improved user engagement and higher lead conversion rates
● Designed and implemented sales and onboarding processes for FSD Plus, contributing to a 16% sales growth and reducing drop-off
during onboarding rates by 7%
● During my tenure, the number of users for the SDET program scaled 5x ~ from 20 users a month to 100 users a month with monthly
revenue numbers hitting 2 crore. I strategically restructured the program to accommodate this growth, improving learner's
engagement and comprehension, resulting in a 14% increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a 12% boost in graduation rates.
● Improved the job outcome of the Program from 6% to 20% by redesigning the graduation sprints to help learners prepare effectively
for interview scenarios.
