I never count calories.
Don't track macros or have cheat days.

I've stayed lean for 15+ years without ever falling off the wagon or losing motivation to work out.

I used to be the SNACK QUEEN. 👸🏻

For years, I couldn't be trusted alone with chips. Late-night pantry raids were my cardio. I'd eat dinner, feel satisfied, and then at 10 PM find myself standing in front of the fridge thinking, "surely there's something else I need to eat."

→ Carbs: Love them but later in the day, ALWAYS paired with protein/fat/fiber
→ Exercise: Bike 2-3x/week (because I love it), lift heavy 2-3x/week
→ Recovery: Sauna 5-6x/week, red light therapy + grounding daily

No counting. No tracking. No meal plans.

When you feed it real food (especially protein), it stops sending panicked "FIND CALORIES NOW" signals every 90 minutes.

Six years ago, biohacking saved my life.

→ First career at 18 (by accident)... I was literally in line at university registering for biz school, but got a text on my old clunky Nokia from a friend at a private art school who knew I was winning design awards online since I was 13... and convinced me to go. Thank god for him! I would have drowned in the corporate life. Hands-on experience, FTW.

→ Quit my 9-5 in a super fun and successful career in 2016 with no plan because I wanted to GROW.

→ Began my fitness journey in 2007, which completely changed my life, and everything got exponentially better… VERY fast.

→ I hunt the steepest mountains to climb on my road bike. Mother Nature trained me never to quit, no matter how hard it gets.

→ I can sit in a 3-min ice bath without hesitation.

→ Winter is my fav road cycling season. Rain, cold, wind. Unbothered. When you're trained by the elements, weather is just feedback.

→ Came from a poor family. Fought my way up with no mentors, no map, no safety net.

→ Always been the black sheep. Lived unconventionally. Never afraid to be different.

Most people try to fit into the matrix. I built my life outside of it.

And here's the part that matters for you:

I don't just optimize for performance.

No sugar-coating. 
No excuses. 
No victim mentality.

YUCK!

One line from that podcast changed everything for me:

"𝗠𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀. 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸."

Huberman explained the science behind it:

When you do things that suck, things you actively don't want to do, you grow the anterior mid-cingulate cortex.

💡 The ACC is the part of your brain responsible for willpower, resilience, and the capacity to override your default programming.

It doesn't grow from comfort.
It doesn't grow from motivation.

It grows from friction.

→ Doing hard things you don't want to do.
→ Facing discomfort instead of avoiding it.
→ Building the muscle to say no to the voice that negotiates your standards down.

This is why most people stay stuck.

Not because they don't know what to do.

❌ Because they've never trained their brain to override the voice that says "not today."

I have "Discipline" tattooed on my bicep and "Freedom" on my collarbone.

I got those tattoos before I ever discovered Jocko Willink's book: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺.

Because I already knew the truth:

→ Discipline isn't restriction.
→ It's the only path to real freedom.

Most people spend their lives avoiding discomfort.... and then wonder why they feel stuck, powerless, and trapped in patterns they can't break.

Here's what separates people who succeed from people who don't:

It's not talent.
It's not intelligence. 
It's not luck.

📌 I’m going to teach you something today that you probably didn’t know…

⚠️ The reason why anxiety, disease, suicides, and war are plaguing society today.

The secret to genius isn’t just IQ.
It’s not just education.
It’s not even raw talent.

It’s connection.

Specifically, the "corpus callosum".

That thick bundle of neural fibres that links the left and right hemispheres of your brain.

Most people live dominated by one side:
🔹 Left brain → logical, analytical, rigid.
🔹 Right brain → creative, intuitive, expansive.

But true visionaries? They bridge both worlds by integrating logic and imagination, as well as data and intuition.

Einstein literally had one of the largest corpus callosums ever measured. His brain showed unusually dense connections between hemispheres. 

No wonder he saw the universe not just as equations, but as energy, frequency, and vibration. ⚡️

So, if you want to be intelligent like Einstein, cultivate the connection between your hemispheres.

Use logic and intuition together. 
Train your brain to see both the seen and the unseen.

And here’s the thing: this isn’t just neuroscience.

It’s metaphysics: the study of reality and consciousness beyond what instruments can measure

Because the more integrated your brain is, the more you begin to perceive what’s been in front of you all along:

⚡ Life itself is vibration.

⚡ The “empty air” around us is filled with energy and information.

⚡ Consciousness isn’t trapped inside the skull— it’s a field we’re ALL swimming in.

The tragedy?
Most people can’t see it.

Societal conditioning locks them into left-brain dominance, where only the visible is considered “real” and only the measurable is considered true.

However, those who integrate both hemispheres experience enhanced cognitive longevity, stress resilience, and overall well-being.

Because true healing and overcoming limiting beliefs are beyond the metrics of societal conditioning.

All your answers to life lie in the fabric of existence itself.

The ancients knew it.
Tesla knew it.
Einstein lived it.

✨ And science is finally catching up.

So here’s the challenge: stop choosing between logic or intuition.

Cultivate both.

Because the future belongs to those who can unify their brain, and in doing so, perceive reality as it truly is.

Daily exercise, energy work, meditation, breathwork, and practices that engage both hemispheres aren’t just “nice-to-have”. 

They’re your longevity toolkit.

Everyone's setting 2025 resolutions. Most will quit by January 15th.

Not because they lack discipline.

Because modern society has bred a generation of people who crumble at the first sign of resistance.

AKA A SNOWFLAKE. ❄️

And yeah, I said it.

We've been programmed to wait.

Wait for permission.
Wait for the "right time."
Wait for someone to tell us we're ready.

You're waiting for the promotion.
Waiting for the economy to "stabilize."

Waiting for conditions to be perfect before you make your move.

Meanwhile, time's passing.

Here's what no one's telling you: the gap between your goals and your reality isn't strategy.

It's your nervous system's capacity to hold what you're trying to build.

I haven't had a job interview since 2007.
Haven't "looked for work" since 2016 when I left my last 9-5.

Built multiple businesses.
Work from anywhere.
Wake up excited to live.

Not because I'm special.

Because I stopped waiting for opportunities and started creating my own reality.

But here's the part they leave out of the success stories:

→ You can't outperform your biology.
→ You can't strategize past burnout.
→ You can't manifest what your nervous system isn't wired to receive.

The elite performers entering 2026 with me aren't setting resolutions.

Five things that significantly moved the needle for my health ⬇️

I'm a pretty hard-core endurance athlete, and I'm obsessed with climbing mountains. ⛰️🚴🏻‍♀️

I also have a desk job.

I notice a HUGE difference when I'm not doing the habits below regularly— in terms of speed of recovery and muscle soreness.

When I'm on my routine, I can do multiple rides day after day with absolute zero soreness and pain.

📌 Creatine
↳ Enhances cognition + longevity.
↳ Improves strength and reduces fatigue.
↳ Boosts ATP production for insane energy.
↳ I take 10-20g daily; keeps me strong + brain alert.

📌 Saunas
↳ Lowers all cause mortality by 40% (4-7x/wk).
↳ Increases blood flow, reduces inflammation, and aids muscle repair.
↳ I religiously do 20-30 min daily sessions.

📌 Sleep Consistency
↳ Regulates hormones like cortisol for better repair and energy.

Travel a lot but bogged down by the anxiety of not being able to stay in your “healthy” routine?

I’ve got your back.

Being an athlete and + a lover of healthy lifestyles, travelling used to give me anxiety because I understand the importance of staying on track with my habits.

✅ 𝟭. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

→ a decent-sized fridge
→ groceries walking distance
→ gym in or within walking distance

✅ 𝟮. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻: stock up my food with my favourite staples:

→ prewashed mixed greens
→ probiotic (sauerkraut or kimchi)
→ lactose-free milk for coffee & shakes
→ protein: rotisserie chicken, tofu, ground beef, canned fish.
→ snax: artisan chips, dark chocolate, anything I LOVE (I’m NOT a health-nazi and enjoy a 90/10 balance ⚖️).

✅ 𝟯. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

→ I travel with all my supps.

→ Stay hydrated. I recommend LMNT electrolyte travel packs.

✅ 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.

→ Habit-stack walking: plan ahead + walk to where you need to go. Reframe it exercise.

→ Running shoes. What's your excuse? Besides, it’s one of the best ways to explore a new city!

→ Find a gym or use body weights. Muscle is the currency for longevity. Do it.

→ Cycling is my life. I bring my bike whenever I can.

It’s not.

🤓 Don’t worry! Anything is possible with the power of neuroplasticity.

You can create ANY reality you want by putting in the hard work upfront to make new habits stick while overwriting old ones.

By now you've eaten your body weight in sugar cookies.

And January 1st is looming like a financial audit you're not prepared for.

The pants are tight.
The guilt is tighter.

You've convinced yourself that eggnog is basically a protein shake.

Let's cut through the bullshit:

You're not going to fix this with a juice cleanse and a gym membership you'll use twice.

Most people will spend today spiraling between:

ⓧ "I deserve this, it's Christmas" → eating everything

ⓧ "I'm disgusting, I have no discipline" → hating themselves

ⓧ "Screw it, I'll start fresh Monday" → repeating the cycle

This is the loop that keeps you stuck for decades....
Not because you lack willpower....

Because you never learned the difference between conscious indulgence and unconscious self-destruction.

✅ Conscious indulgence = I'm choosing this. I'm enjoying it. I'm moving on.

❌ Unconscious binging = I already failed. Might as well keep going. I'll hate myself later.
The first builds trust with your body.

The second programs shame into your nervous system.

So here's your actual choice today:

💡 Option A: Eat the food, enjoy your people, be present, wake up tomorrow and get back to your rhythm without the guilt spiral.

💡 Option B: Eat the food, spiral in shame, promise yourself you'll "be good" starting January 1st, repeat this exact pattern next year.

The clients I work with don't do Option B anymore.

Not because they're more disciplined.

Because they understand that The Wealthy Body isn't built on perfection.

It's built on the capacity to expand and contract without breaking.

One day of indulgence doesn't destroy months of discipline.
But one day of shame-driven chaos absolutely will.

So go ahead.

And tomorrow, when everyone else is drowning in New Year resolution propaganda and detox tea ads... you'll already be back to building what lasts!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Taught myself to code because I wanted to make Backstreet Boys fansites. (If you remember GeoCities, welcome fellow internet elder 👵🏻.)

✨ Back then, the internet was this magical place where a kid could:

→ Design websites on AngelFire
→ Win awards in communities like AsianAve (aZnGyRL6o4 😆)
→ Connect with people across the world through guestbooks
→ Build things just because it was FUN!

Nobody was thinking about "personal branding" or "content strategy."

You showed up b/c you were CURIOUS.

YOU FUCKING LOVED IT.

The feedback loop was entirely INTERNAL.

I was an early adopter of everything... mailing list, blogging (Tim Ferris used to comment on mine), FB, IG... built audiences across every platform.

I was #1 on Twitter in my city. Created multiple communities, including a Run Club that kept on going years after I left (back to cycling 🚴🏻‍♀️).

Not 'cause I had a master plan
Because I genuinely ENJOYED THE PROCESS.

Then 2015: something shifted

Social media had turned into this exhausting performance machine. Everyone was optimizing, scaling, chasing likes. 

So I walked away.
↳ Deleted a 12k email list
↳ Quit successful 9-5
↳ Lived IRL

The gap taught me: the ones who last aren't the ones with the best content strategy but whose biology can actually SUSTAIN the work.

20+ yrs building online taught me:

✅ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬.

You can have the most brilliant strategy but if your nervous system treats visibility like a threat + stress response chronically activated; YOU'LL SABOTAGE EVERYTHING.

Intelligence will be infinite. AI can generate perfect hooks, perfect positioning, perfect everything. Everyone will have access.

What's left?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽. 

The nervous system resilience from building when nobody was watching. The somatic wisdom to know when to push and when to rest.

Those are biological assets, babe. You can't hack them.

💡 The principles that build a body are the same ones that build a voice.

Repetition without immediate reward.

That's how you build muscles. Bone density. Habits. 🧬 

𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗘.

𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘐 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘴? Not wasted effort.  Just 'putting in the reps'.

Teaching my nervous system that creating wasn't life or death; was just what I did.

The invisible years were infrastructure.

The entrepreneurs who last aren't the most talented. They're the most regulated.

Not as brand positioning, but as biological fact.

If you can't sustain the work, the strategy doesn't matter.

Most people think January 1st is a fresh start.

It's not, babes.

It's just another Tuesday with better marketing.

Real change doesn't happen because the calendar flipped.

𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗶𝘁.

Not tired enough to make a resolution.
Tired enough to change your identity.

→ Resolutions are what you want to DO.
→ Identity is who you've decided to BE.

You don't need another goal.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁.

✓ The version that does the thing even when it sucks.

✓ The version that holds standards when no one's watching.

✓ The version that stops waiting for conditions to be perfect.

This is the work no one talks about.
Because it's not sexy.
