Rio Tinto Procurement is responsible for procurement activities on behalf of Rio Tinto Group operations throughout the world, ranging from strategic and global sourcing of critical inputs to transactional procurement of more readily available goods and services, and includes management of in-bound supply chain logistics and warehousing at numerous sites.  

Manager of RTP Legal for the EMEA Region, my team and I are responsible for providing commercially focused legal support and input into Rio Tinto Procurement EMEA initiatives and projects. My role involves preparing, reviewing, drafting and negotiating various high level, high value commercial contracts and advising on a range of legal issues on a day-to-day basis. Moreover I conduct regular legal training for management and staff, particularly in respect of the unique requirements of Rio Tinto Procurement EMEA Region.

Directly responsible for all legal and contractual matters affecting Esterline Advanced Sensors. 
Provide legal and contractual expertise to support highly complex business solutions notably for Aerospace and Defense products development program for new and follow-on businesses. Responsible for the drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements with major international companies and production customers.
Counsel and advise the Group management and executives on business and commercial issues as well as business development strategy. Supervise compliance matters (i.e. Export Control) both from an internal and external perspective (ITAR, EAR).
Esterline Advanced Sensors is a major Tier one supplier of a broad range of high precision sensing solutions for aeronautics (cockpit, airframe and engine) and derived products for marine, defence and the industrial sector. The established long term relationship with all its customers (Airbus, Boeing, GE, UTC, Rolls Royce, Safran …) allows a $160M Turn over through world wide locations in France, Great Britain, United States, Mexico and Singapore and with 860 employees.
