I founded Unshakable Resilience after spending over 17 years in HR /Learning & Development working with a range of blue chip companies specialising in Leadership, Coaching and Talent Management.  For the last 6 years I have consulted with companies by bringing resilient and wellness programmes into the companies I have worked for. I have a huge passion for the topic of wellbeing and resilience. To say I "live and breath wellness rituals and practises that enable me to thrive and unleash my potential" is not an understatement. I therefore believe Employee mental wellbeing is a non-negotiable. A necessity and “not a nice” to have anymore. I set up Unshakable Resilience to inspire and educate people to optimise their wellbeing and resilience so they thrive in the workplace and excel in their leadership.

I consult with businesses on implementing “The Unshakable Resilience programme” that encompasses a thorough diagnosis in addressing their people and leadership challenges. I then tailor the Unshakable Resilience programme  - designed for leaders to reduce stress, improve productivity and drive business results.

I am an experienced CIPD and ILM Level 7 qualified HR/Coaching professional with over 18+ and an avid Yoga/Breathwork teacher (500 hours BWY, 50 hours Yin + SOMA Breath Coach). I use my expertise in Psychology that drives lasting behaviour change that creates results from the inside out.
