OnBoard Programme

I was selected for one of 12 places to participate in the third cohort of the Onboard Programme.

OnBoard is a not-for-profit organisation set up to broaden the diversity of backgrounds and experience on all types of boards by skilling up and enabling talented individuals who are currently less likely to take on board roles. OnBoard works with individuals in the first ten years of their professional careers.

The programme includes
- Workshops on essential board topics, including the role of the board, legal and regulatory obligations, finance and strategy for board members
- Workshops on the board journey, including identifying individual strengths to bring to a board and the recruitment and application process
- Mentoring from an experienced recruiter
- Mentoring from an established board member

As a Senior Research Executive, I had extensive experience managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies with a focus on minority groups and young people. My responsibilities included developing research plans, designing study materials, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports. 

I was committed to staying up-to-date with research trends and best practices, and continuously made recommendations to improve our research methodologies. I collaborated closely with other members of the research team to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget.

In addition, I built and maintained strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on the progress of their research projects. My skills in both qualitative and quantitative research, combined with my focus on minority groups and young people, allowed me to contribute significantly to the delivery of high-quality research that positively impacted society.

advocate, relaying critical information to our Delivery Centre to accelerate the hiring
process towards effective results.

Unlike traditional recruiters who work with as many as 20 clients, Rinnova Ambassadors
work with no more than four to enable a uniquely intimate partnership. We know our

In this role, I played a crucial part in creating a safe and nurturing environment for patients during their healing journey. I demonstrated a deep understanding of mental health conditions and their impact on individuals' lives.
