Burnout is so often described as the "BLACK PLAGUE" of the 21st Century - it's insideous as it creeps up on us,  leading to high rates of sickness absence & other hidden costs for any Organisation (such as a loss of Employee Engagement, low morale across teams, and additional pressure placed on others due to a lack of resource)

Having witnessed "burnout" and the effects on employees at all levels in the workplace in my role as an HR Specialist, my background in Psychology/Counselling and Business Management. As well as having experienced it firsthand , I am passionate about working with Companies to do all they can, to counter and prevent it's harmful effects

Growth has required me to reinvent more than once.

I’m a physician turned entrepreneur focused on building meaningful businesses, supporting leaders, and sharing experience to help people grow.

Through 13 years as an anesthesiologist and medical director, I often wondered how caring for one patient at a time could truly move the needle. That desire to scale access to care led me to entrepreneurship.

With that in mind, I co-founded OFFOR Health, a mobile healthcare company now delivering care to more than 13,000 children each year by reducing barriers to access, and LOUD Capital, which began as a venture capital firm and now operates exclusively as a private credit platform.

The venture investing work continued within LOUD Ventures, where I now serve as Managing Partner, investing in and building patient-centric healthcare companies.

The hands-on philosophy that has always defined LOUD inspired the creation of LOUD Collective, a business value ecosystem that brings together data, leadership, and operational expertise to help companies scale with intention.

I’m also a co-founder of Beyond Physician, a platform created to empower physicians to use their voice and directly shape the industry. Our technology analyzes emotional, behavioral, and contextual signals from physician interviews, translating them into rich insights for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Throughout the journey, I’ve learned that success without alignment is unsustainable. Core to my work is building with intention, staying grounded through daily mental and physical practices, and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence. I share these lessons through writing, speaking, and community, knowing that none of us grows alone.
