Burnout is so often described as the "BLACK PLAGUE" of the 21st Century - it's insideous as it creeps up on us,  leading to high rates of sickness absence & other hidden costs for any Organisation (such as a loss of Employee Engagement, low morale across teams, and additional pressure placed on others due to a lack of resource)

Having witnessed "burnout" and the effects on employees at all levels in the workplace in my role as an HR Specialist, my background in Psychology/Counselling and Business Management. As well as having experienced it firsthand , I am passionate about working with Companies to do all they can, to counter and prevent it's harmful effects

I was born in Iran and grew up in a family where my parents had a very disfuncional relationship. Right before the revolution in 1979 when I was 12 years old, my mother, sister and I left Iran. We moved to the island of Mallorca, Spain, where I spent most of my teenage years. 

As a 19 year old, I moved by myself to The Netherlands to study and never left. I am very fortunate to say that I am a mother of two beautiful daughters.

Having lived in different countries, I was always fascinated by people and what drives them to do what they do. What I saw is that many people were much focused on themselves and not so nice to each other. I was witnessing many conflicts between people which stopped them from living their lives fully and enjoying it. That made me feel very sad and wanted to make a change. Having been through traumatic life events myself, including divorce, I always knew to find the power within me to transform my painful past to a magnificent present. 

My love for life and people got me to asking myself the the following question: “How do I connect the people to the vibration of love, joy and happiness?” This amazing realization led me to the path where I am today. The results that I started getting were life changing. Not only for my clients but also for those around them. 

I am very passionate about life in general and my work. As a coach and mentor, I guide women and men to heal their past and to reconnect with their authentic self by building a bridge to create a new life and a new beginning.
